Pretty gutted I missed this to be honest. Can not wait to see them at Leeds in a couple of weeks!

I'm aware of how this may seem, and what people may think. BUT, Kylie's new album is a pretty good pop record.

Bit slow finally getting round to this. Never had a chance to properly sit down and watch, but thanks to my new found unemployment I have a lot of spare time on my hands. Borrowed The Sopranos off a mate. Watched about half the first series over the past few days, absolutely hooked. It really is fantastic. Everything about it is so well done. The characters, the slow-building bubbling plot-lines. The cinematography is cracking. Each episode really is like a mini-movie combining to make an absolutely epic movie across the series. Whooooo bring on unemployment!

It's not strictly a myth, where as Wright may assert that - it is merely that an assertion. The secretive nature of intelligence services makes it hard to get the full truth. For every Wright there are many others that will suggest with substantial evidence (which im sure Wright also has) to back up their claims that Bin Laden was at some point. From the various reading I have done (I did quite a bit of research on Terrorism and Security whilst at uni - and worked with a pretty respected professor on the topic) I would think there was some link between the US and Bin Laden, the Bush family certainly does seem to have some ties to the Bin Laden family. It does seem to appear the US did provide some arms and funding to Osama and co. for anti-Soviet operations, but the length and substance of such provisions is debatable. How you can claim to have a better view than most with comments such as your previous post is truly staggering. How someone can work in an area for 20 years and still be so astoundingly ignorant is absolutely unbelievable.

I thought the Adu stuff was embarrassing.

Right I saw Gorillaz, and I have just watched it back. I fail to see how anyone was not blown away by this. It was without a doubt the most ambitious, wide-ranging eclectic headline set at Glasto in the 40 years! To achieve such a tight set in such short notice and manage to co-ordinate such a staggering array of guests in a matter of weeks is an amazing feat in itself. For those who say they didn't play the hits, minus 1999-2000 I struggle to think of anything they missed, and it was obvious they were going to play stuff off the album they released like two months ago. Tell me a band that wouldn't do that. It's not as if they have an extensive back catalogue, this was only their 3rd album. Plastic Beach is also an incredible album. Another criticism I've heard aimed at them is that they looked disinterested. Damon Albarn has a naturally moody face, despite this he looked as though he was loving every second. It's hard to do much whilst playing a keyboard. Mick Jones looked as though he was having the time of his life. Sean Ryder was clearly buzzing (and surprisingly coherent by his standards). Mark E Hall looked honoured to be there, Lou Reed is a posing git but still looked pretty chuffed. It's hard to accuse an orchestra of looking bored, its not as if they can do much other than play their instruments. Still think this was the absolute highlight of the weekend, and will go down as one of the most spectacular headline sets in the history of Glastonbury.

Get a grip Dune. Go back to your hole. Are you actually sitting GCSE's now? No. Have you even got any of your own? Doubtful. You simply don't know. Maybe, just maybe. The media are whipping up a frenzy out of nothing once more. People can't possibly be getting smarter - as that would make them smarter than me. No, no, no it must be that exams are getting easier. You talk like you have opinions of your own, but you really are just a gullible fool that believes any latest hooraah kicked up allowing you to have the next in a long line of gripes with absolutely everything for absolutely no reason.

I really don't get the big deal. fair enough they might be annoying if you were there in person...but it really makes very very little difference on the tele. They are part of the football culture in that part of the World, imagine if we win the World Cup 2018 bid - and then the World complained about us lot all getting ****ed up, singing, chanting, being knobheads, banging drums/stands, brass bands. Man up World.

Makes sense I think, as you said he has failed to impress, while Lennon has looked useful. The two are similar players, so IMO makes sense to leave one and take a different player like Cole.

Get a grip please. This really is embarrassing. Freddy Adu is not going to come here. And before someone pipe's up with the why does it keep getting mentioned stuff, it is the nature of football forums and silly season. Every single transfer window Blue Kipper (Everton fans site) goes mental at rumours of Joao Moutinho joining, never happens, never will. Much like adu and us.

So hang on. Rio hasnt played enough games, but Jagielka has? Are you kidding me? Jags was out with his cruciates until about march has played 13 games. Rio had a string of niggles and played 21. Could you explain how this works?

Continuing the Election forum as a Politics forum

Was there a poll? Surely in keeping with politics, the fairest most democratic way would be to put it to the people? -
