The "how did brighton get so annoyed with us" thread

Do I need to start a who tf cares what they think thread? 'We are Southampton..we don't care about you!' -
Air gun's good...they do learn eventually

I think they all played as well as we let them...quality-wise I think Ipswich have been the better of the three but they were carved open with such ease that they spent all but about 20 minutes of the game cr*pping themselves. I didn't see the Barnsley game so only going by the comments of those who did and Solent's commentary but until Chaplow went off I don't think they had a shot...that smacks of not being allowed to? I certainly think Leeds were surprised..not sure how well they'd done their homework but we looked fitter, hungrier, cohesive and inventive...they simply couldn't cope and the Revie gene kicked in and they became dirty f*cking Leeds again. We should acceppt the credit given to us...not getting too carried away at this early stage but loving it nevertheless...last night we were virtually unstoppable at times-with the bounce of the ball and a couple of inches the other way and Ipswich would have been sporting a third orifice!!

I don't think I've ever called a four way tie before but it's almost impossible to separate Cork, Lallana, Ricky and Connolly on the night...the fact that any of the others weren't far behind underlines what a phenomenal display it was. Long season ahead but I've loved the start!!
-
What can you say about that? We were quite simply different class and even when they pulled the goals back there was always the feeling we'd step up a gear and do the necessary..and we did. Lallana and Cork were outstanding..Ricky's passing, shielding and weight of pass superb..Deano strong and driving, Connolly's touch, control and vision just a cclass above. despite the shaky two goal phase where we allowed them to run too freely in my opinion the defence always looked very capable...Kelvin had a great game..Guly hit some perfect passes...it's difficult to find fault anywhere really so I'm not going to try. DonMt write it down to Ipswich being poor either...can you really believe we've only played poor teams? We terrified them..they played as well as they were allowed or dared. Great night..sorry for errors..done on my little phone keyboard!

Being mostly technically challenged...would this work on a Nokia N900 connected through Giffgaff? -
Last year it was about 50 yards away on the same side as the away entrance. I have a spare ticket if anyone is stuck...pm me? Don't want money...daughter had to do other things!!

There are long term road works both ways...probably less miles of them if you go through the tunnel (anti-clockwise) but as stated - thereare the tunnel costs and queues as well. For many years (showing my age) I used to drive to every home match down the A12 and through the centre of London...no congestion charge then but I used the (from your end M3/A31/A3/Elephant & Castle/Tower Bridge/Leytonstone/Romford route to the A12...not sure it isn't as quick still - I just take the easier option these days.

Was good for us as impact sub, good throw, very willing. IMHO wouldn't fit the style we're playing now. Wish him well - played an important part in the JPT run and had himself a Wembley winners medal that he's unlikely to get again

Fair enough as a point in itself but why the f*ck would we want to p&ss off our own player? -
And you can support the new owners down the road too...good plan! I've not had one but my neighbour has had two...the current one being a 9.3. He loves his but, to me, they seem to spend a fair bit of time in the garage with niggly electrical faults,,,both have had these. That being said he still swears by the brand and, like you, buys after someone else has taken the first depreciation hit...both times with around 20k on the clock. My PA had a convertible (circa 06-7 model..had a private plate) that she loved - got shot of it because the electric roof kept playing up if I remember correctly. I can ask specific questions if it helps?

They were last time I went..very mellow set up.

Castration by studs attempt...good effort but definitely red.

This wasn't the case with Leeds, however, paricularly in the second half. Yes they either kicked us or ending up chasing shadows but we weren't found wanting when closed down.

Ipswich will be hurting after two home defeats but it's a great playing surface, ideal for our style of play...looking forward to it! -
