+1 - Pardew has a good track record at this & the next two levels...Hughes...done ok but I wouldn't swap him for Pardew for us...we've got the right person in place.

Worth comparing what you get to stand in/on too. Coventry's stadium is modern, dry, up to the minute...you can even watch the match from a hotel window!! Compare that with a falling down, semi-covered shed that reeks of ****, garbage & the pikeys standing all around you. What a bargain!

Agree 100% I looked over the precipice last year & it wasn't nice...life without Saints didn't bear contemplating. I've enjoyed this season in a way I didn't think I ever could - I realise how I was stuck in a Premier League mindset that didn't give a lot of credibility to the leagues below. For me this has been the most enjoyable season since the early '80s & I'm massively looking forward to next season...we have a lot to be grateful for. Good post! :-)

Is he though...would he get in to any other PL side? I think not which makes him a CCC player at best & not that good a one...when you think that we got Fonte from a Championsip club it's difficult to see why we'd bother with him in my opinion.
