I see no reason why they should. Its in everyone's interest to have as many season ticket holders as possible and build a base. You need to increase that baseline figure before any extras of loyalty are added. If fundemental changes are not made on the way season tickets are sold it will continue to go down further. There is now the perfect opportunity to start building from a fresh or continue to go backwards.

This whole 'rewarding' and 'loyal' stuff needs to be stuck in the bin. The aim of the game is to have as many season ticket holders as possible. It will not happen if there is not some dramatic change in mechanics of selling.

I dont think the poster means one price for adults/kids/oaps. Its more scrapping the renewal season ticket pricing then discounted tickets then straight price tiering. You just have one price structure that obviously is going to be the lowest figure for everyone. There needs to be a BIG incentive for people to buy season tickets. You could then slowly build up the season ticket base ala Norwich city.

Sorry football fans have never been united. If Tisdale was brought in i get the feeling that many fans would be hugely underwhelmed. Certainly i believe Perryman has been key to what Tisdale has achieved. Fans will be saying multi millionaire owner and he brings in a budget basement manager.

You must of been lucky to hear that at all because i listened to a number of news bulletins on RS this afternoon and heard nothing about Crouch. You at least gave the Rupert Lowe loving saddos and trolls something to moan about on here for the day anyway.

The so called 'in fighting' was in fact Saints fans on the board wanting to do what was best for the club. They could not do much because Wilde had given too much power to a load of strangers. So Crouch outed Wilde has been a two faced liar with no investment and his execs as a load of wrong uns. Got rid of them all and had six months in power and inherited all the mess they had done. Got in Pearson and had the banking of the banks unlike Lowe and Wilde.

Well if the new owner wants Crouch on the board then thats up to him. Nothing wrong with Crouch at the end of the day as we would still be in the Championship if he was around last season. As for it being 'controversial' i do not see why. Whats it got to do with Radio Solent anyway stirring it up ? If pinnacle and new owner want him in then so be it. I would also say that about Lawrie Mac who again might well get on the board. Who gives a toss about a 'handful' of fans who whinge about everything 24/7.
