Even if Pinnacle complete or indeed anyone this whole thing has been very poorly handled. In particular the football league licence situation should of been sorted out weeks ago. Clarification should of been made before any parties where spoken to by BT. Then you have seemingly continual leaks to a local newspaper to drag this on longer. In the meantime tens of thousands of pounds is being billed by BT. A proffesionally run deal would of seen absolutely nothing being disclosed until the deal was complete.

I think more people should be questioning begbies traynor in this whole situation.

Not having a pot to **** in wasn't the problem with Wilde. It was more how he allowed total strangers to become execs and in time they hijacked SFC. You have to ask the question if its that simple to access details then what the feck have begbies traynor been doing for 3 months.

They came into run the club and Fry openly talked about the points decision. They had other people dla piper ? Someone amongst that lot must of carried a review of this points deduction and its likely appeal.

I am wondering if the FL told pinnacle early doors that they could appeal and then last Thursday changed their minds.

What if they put a bid in on the basis of begbies telling them they would be able to contest the points appeal ? I am going to guess that the t&Cs of the exclusivity period with Begbies had the appeal as worthy of being contested. Pinnacle had everything going to plan and submitted stuff to the FL early last week. Then last thursday they tell Pinnacle that they will not allow the appeal.

I cannot see how anyone else will get involved to buy the club. Pinnacle could simply buy the club the next day and the new preferred bidders money goes up in smoke.

Any blame for me lies with the football league and begbies traynor. The football league because they put a ten point penalty on a club that was not in administration. If it was then a cva could of been done and things would of been a lot more easier. Begbies traynor should of been sorting out the admin situation and lack of cva many moons ago.

It simply cannot be about 10 points.
