Said the same about Antonio! -
Can't say I've ever heard of him. But then again I'd never heard of Antonio and he did well with us. Good luck to him.

FM2011 - New Videos and Social Network features

LMA Manager 2003.... 8 years ahead of it's time.... FWIW I'm still so immersed with my game on FM08 (and so good at it) that I'll probably skip FM11 until a) I get bored of 08 or b) I get a decent enough laptop that can run 11. -

Oh what, I always classed Weston Shore as a beach -
Used to be a building that was once supposedly owned by Anne Boleyn I think.

Opening the bonnet on a mk4 astra that has a broken cable.....

Which part of the cable is broken? -
Yeah guess so, but even so. Anyway, I don't want to speculate as to what happened, think I'll wait for official word.

Surely a professional boxer and a champion cage fighter could hold their own against a footballer?
-
Thankyou. I must add, however, my Dad does support the team that plays there, so that's probably why I know!!

I'm a 'youngster in the Northam'......

Yes I honestly know. And it's an easy question.

Many people are touting Howe for a Premier League job one day, and it has occurred to me he is much like Sir Alex Ferguson. On Saturday he blamed the loss on the ref. When we beat them at their place, he'll either blame it on the pitch, the ball, the colour of the kit, the ref, the weather, or a burst water pipe in the changing room. He'll never admit that Southampton were simply the better team on the day.

I am very happy with Adkins.
-
And if he has glassed someone he will probably be done on section 18 GBH and go to prison.
-
I'm hoping that his two goals on Saturday (even if they were penalties) will give him a bit of a confidence boost.

Can you please outline the last time Bournemouth were in the top flight of English football? I just done a quick search on your wikipedia, searching for "Premier" (0 words) "Division One" (0 words) and "Top flight" (0 words). In fact, looking at this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A.F.C._Bournemouth#Honours, it's a pretty pathetic showing really!

Yeah think that the 636 or whatever it was was the official away attendance, but I was there and I agree it was packed and seemed a lot more than 600.
-
"everyone in the crowd could see them except the referee." I always use this line on FM08 and get warned by the FA. Hopefully the same will happen to Howe. He has completely ignored the fact we were the better side today.

They took 470 up to Middlesbrough on this Saturday afternoon, in a Championship game. We took 600-odd to Hartlepool on a Tuesday night in a League One tie. Says a lot about their "gratest suport in the land and quite possible the world" doesn't it.

23/92 now.

I would happily lend a helping hand if needed.

Can't say I understand the sudden rush in leaving. As I said I'm sure there will be others to take the places as mods, don't know how it will affect the forum as a whole though. I have met Steve too and agree he is a reasonable guy (also met you, sort of). This place definitely needs moderating. Just a bit odd people are stopping, I agree.

I enjoyed Steve Grant's blog post on that other site.

So! I got an A-Level in History!!! Nothing wrong with taking a liking in past music etc. Anyway, back on topic, I'm not sure mods leaving will have too big an impact. There will be others to take their places.
