Surely Brighton will need to win their last two games if they are to get 100 points? I'm clinging on to that as a reason why they'll want to win.

This. Having made the trip up there last season I can safely say it is a miserably long journey, so fair play to any of their fans that made the trip down.

At so many games this season we have sung "Red Army" when the opposition team are in a red kit. It's embarrassing, although I think "White Army" might be frowned upon by the PC brigade.

Dickson was MOM for me, had an outstanding game. Would play him over Harding any day of the week. Was a little bit unsure on him before tonight but he has won me over, very good player. Elsewhere, as always, I thought Lallana had a good game. His running and link up play was superb, often being the centre of our best moves in attack. Fonte and Jaidi were solid. Jaidi used to worry me as I felt his touch and distribution let him down, but in the recent months he has been quality, and whilst I rate Martin (Seaborne is ok, Martin is better IMO) I feel you can't go wrong with the pairing of Jaidi and Fonte. No complaints regarding the performance tonight. Concerned to see Stephens go off on a stretcher as he was beginning to impress. Was another vital win tonight and I'm really happy. Would have thought attendance might be a bit higher, and Charlton's 392 is terrible compared to the 3000 we took to the Valley two weeks ago.

Oh yeah, forgot about that when typing original post. Don't agree with that to be honest. I guess the classic "But Sir, I'm texting my Mum, it's really important!" won't work anymore then.

When I was in school (left 2007) mobile phones weren't allowed to be on in lessons. If it went off the teacher would confiscate it. If you get caught texting it gets confiscated. This is nothing new it seems. The trick is to not get caught...

I scored twice last year, so the standard can't be that high! ;-)
