  1. Yeah I know but the Northam isn't right next to the Family Enclosure.
  2. We are unbeaten at home, only lost 2 all season, in our last game we got our first win under the belt and with every game you can see improvements. Did you expect us to win every game and get promoted this season? You must have some idea about rebuilding and it seems to be that rebuilding process is still ongoing. We were never promised the Champions League, the only thing we have been promised this season is that we have a football club to support, and I am grateful that, and I am prepared to wait.
  3. Saganowski hat-trick?! Hmmmm.
  4. Although it is a sickening feeling when the away team score and you hear all the away fans celebrating and cheering, I don't think I'd want them moved. The Northam wouldn't be half as loud without all the banter with the away fans, and with the Itchen lot on the other side, it is perfect for building up our vocal support. Keep them there.
  5. No, sounds good, wish I had been haha. Was in there for only about 45 mins, we had been at the Hole in the Wall for a bit... I was with some mates, one of which was very p!ssed, but he shall remain nameless
  6. Yeah it was, thought it was great when it was sung in there. The whole atmosphere was terrific, no complaints about our support that day. The song just needs a bit more of a push to make it a mainstream one like the others that get sung week-in, week-out. Cool, 1000th post.
  7. Yeah, you don't really want boisterous Millwall fans or Leeds fans right next to families with kids.
  8. I sit in the middle of Block 42 (row FF) and with a few lads behind us in GG we got it going but it didn't really catch on at around the time of the first penalty. Could have been us you saw/heard.
  9. Less banter, but better support. A potential bad thing about the situation is you might get the quiet type filling the Northam, destroying atmosphere. Where would the away fans go?
  10. Never tried it, but once I was in Brixton and some bloke came up to me and just said "COCAINE"...So there is plenty about, especially in Brixton I imagine. I know people who have tried it but I'd never do it.
  11. First a post on the Fallout 3 DLC thread saying: And now this: I am starting to think you are a little xbox fanboy.
  12. I wonder what the percentage will be towards the end of your relegation season (09/10) and your future in the Championship?
  13. Would somebody please be able to give a summary of what was said on here later as I am at work... Thanks in advance.
  14. Good idea NG
  15. Played 6. Lost 6. Worst ever start by any club in a Premier League season. Enough said.
  16. Probably not.
  17. I must say I was surprised when the ref gave the penalty on both occasions. We see players go down in the box like Saga did all the time, and penalties not given. The second one I couldn't work out what happened, I thought the lino put his flag up for an offside, but then the ref pointed to the spot. Either way I was loving it, and can't complain at all.
  18. Yeah the na na na na na na na na goes with it, just forgot to put it in.
  19. "In 1994, Charles and a friend were arrested and remanded in custody for several months on a rape charge. In February 1995, both Charles and his friend were acquitted in their trial. Whilst in prison Charles was attacked by a man wielding a knife." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Craig_Charles#False_rape_allegations I didn't know he played professional football for Tranmere either.
  20. Does he give a Nazi salute??!?
  21. Been well impressed with Hammond so far, the fact he gets stuck in, and isn't scared to have a pop at goal is excellent, just what we need and have needed in the centre of midfield for a while. His work rate is second to none and he seems to be very vocal. Certainly one of our 'star players'.
  22. He stands just over 6 foot 3, Rickie, Rickie, He’ll take us to the Premier League, Rickie, Rickie, He gets the ball, he takes the ****, He wears the shirt of Matt Le Tiss, Rickie Lambert, Southamptons Goal machine Met a few lads in Winchester the other night as we found out they were Saints fans, and we sung some songs on the way to a pub, and they started singing this one. Turns out they stand directly behind us in the Northam and none of us realised. When Lambert stood up to take his first penalty about 10 of us sung this but no-one else did. This was sung at Swindon, Northam Girls even handed out sheets of paper with the words on it. It was sung at Charlton too, in the pub and in the ground.
  23. Jammy git!! I'm just going to copy your accy next week!
