Well we won't be going down any more places will we!
-
Maybe you all have him confused with the QPR defender Matthew Connolly who is 6 ft 2 in...
-
...If I could find him...
-
Time to put David Connolly in the Saints squad I think
-
Is he fit/available for Southend?
-
Didn't see this one coming! Think he was mentioned on the HCDAJFU thread ages ago, and I believe he can do a job for us. A very shrewd and a very good signing, keep it up Pards.

Would this ex Saints side be competative in Premier?

No Antti Niemi in goal...? -
The capacity of their stadium is 22,000. I'd be VERY surprised if they got 32,000 in there

I went in a Polish shop in Shirley once and bought a samosa from an Indian bloke who was working there. It was well confusing, but the samosa was lovely.

There are currently five ex-Saints on Stoke's books. Beattie, Fuller, Davies, Higginbotham and Delap. Is this a conspiracy?

Yeah my Dad walked round a corner in West Quay and nearly clattered a pushchair, just jumping out the way in time, and he looked up to say sorry and it was Le Tiss. Would probably explain it yeah.

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Pulis The 2007–08 season started brightly for Pulis. He gained his first assist for the club, as his corner set up a Jon Parkin header in a 3–2 defeat to Southampton, however injury problems kept him sidelined for several months following. Pulis was loaned out again, on this occasion to Bristol Rovers, however he made only one appearance for the club before his loan spell was curtailed due to injury. In his only appearance for the club, a 14 minute cameo in a 2–0 defeat to Doncaster Rovers, Pulis conceded a penalty kick and was booked. Quite some résumé!

Favourite Quotations: 'You could go all the way, my son.' - George Weah. Thanks again George, you were like a cousin to me. LOL.

The Irish Sea?! That's a long way from P*rtsmouth, what was it doing out there?
-
Against Gillingham I heard: Waigo, woaahhhh, Waigo, woaahhhh, He scores he celebrates He ****ing hates the skates ...
-
Yeah, and half of it went on your shirt!

Yeah Antigallican was great. Went to the Rugby club before Carlisle; doesn't really count as a pub, but good atmosphere as we watched Pompey succumb to a 1-0 loss against Everton Anyone got any recommendations for Southend?

I used to live in Netley and then moved to North-ish Hampshire when I was 10, and I know exactly what you mean. Seeing Fawley (although Fawley stinks) and the smell of Southampton Water in all it's salt polluted glory reminds me I am home. Therefore that is another favourite smell. Polluted Southampton Water whilst stood on Netley shore...

I might as well add you all if you all don't mind, but my brother is on the ps3 a lot playing CoD. If you got CoD 4 or 5 he will be up for a game on that.

There's a programme shop under the chapel?! Might have to check that out then, cheers for the info.
-
Thanks for the offer, but I'm really just interested in the match day programme
-
That would be great, much appreciated. If you want any money for it just say, I'll send you a pm in a few days then. Do you go to many games, could always get it off you before a game or something. Thankyou.

At Southend our priorities are as follows: Get a programme, and then to go to the pub. Why didn't you get one at Charlton anyway, I got one?

Waigo-------------Lallana --------Lambert--------- Waigo was very much a wide right player against Gillingham, but Lallana did get central. You could be right about rotating but Waigo was almost always down the right flank.
