Stiff Little Fingers. They are playing Wednesday night at the Brook. Anyone going? Saw them last year, really good.

Northam were screaming at him to have a go too, he raised his hand at all of us behind him as if to say "calm down, shut up" hahaha

Yeah I read on write ups about St. Mary's about how good the queue waiting time is, but earlier this season, I got in the queue about a minute after the half time whistle blew, stood there for 15 minutes, got my pint on 45 minutes exactly after the bloke serving had to ask a steward whether my ID showed that I was 18 or not cos he didn't understand the date, and then I had to practically down it cos I didn't want to miss the action! But hey, I can't complain, we've won 4 league games in a row!
-
Good shout, I'll try that, cheers.
-
Did I miss something?!

There are 2 on there, each at 99p... I'm not sure if they are the matchday programmes or the 100 years of Brunton Park leaflet thingy though. What does the matchday programme look like?
-
I agree, would love it if we kept hold of him. Even if it was a loan extension to the end of the season, Trotman has been terrific so far and would be annoying to lose him half way through the season.
-
Saint1977 I can't pm you still... Is the programme still available? If not, Roger Ramjet, how much do you want for it? Or anybody else for that matter.
-
Yeah, and on the the footbridge over the railway in Northam leading to the ground someone has sprayed "POMPY" on the wall. This is right next to the cool artwork that has been done on the bridge recently and I hope to see it removed in time for our next home game!

Dan Harding was in the News of the World League One team of the week - As a right back!
-
Those were the days!
-
If that was a featured game I don't even want to know what a normal game is... Same as every other week!
-
I don't bother with technicalities, we won on penalties, we got through to the next round, it's basically a win!

Photos from the game on OS: http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/Gallery/0,,10280~1836297,00.html Good to see the players looking so passionate! Connolly looks like he is absolutely loving it.

From what I made of it he was positioned for the right footed player, but after a dummy, the left footed player took it bent it the other way towards the near post, the opposite to what the right footed player would have done, meaning Davis was out of position. It didn't look like it was the ball 'moving' as such, it was more the fact that KD was completely done by the switch of takers. IMO.

Absolutely brilliant. Last year's team and management would have crumbled at 1-0 down half time and given up. Pardew has got those lads sorted, the mentality shown and the pure grit to come back and win 3-1 was impressive... I'm really happy. Antonio made an immediate impact, a proper 'explosive' substitution, really impressed by him today, his speed and strength were very refreshing to see. 5 wins in a row now in all competitions, 4 consecutive League wins, 3rd time in a row we have won 3-1. 13 goals in those 4 League games. Things are looking up. Spot on today. LOVE IT.

Bitter defeated boss claims we are very long ball!
RedAndWhite91 replied to NickG's topic in The Saints
Pfffft let him be bitter, we got the 3 points, he can cry all he likes but he isn't going to change the scoreline. It doesn't matter how you do it, but a 3-1 scoreline is not something we can complain about! -
Today.

Was well funny winding him up; it obviously got to him!!
-
Two words: Well impressed. Came on at Southend (I think?!) and I noted his pace and strength, but he took it to another level today. He knows it as well, pushing the ball past the defender and sprinting past them, worked well a couple of times. Refreshing to see a player get down the line and draw players in with a view to take it round them before playing it into the box, as opposed to long loopy crosses from the deep. A really good prospect, we should try and sign him. Playing like he did tonight he could easily start next week, fitness permitting of course.

This technically makes peacey an ITKer

I hate it when the clocks go back... I have work at 7am on a Sunday, and I always think I am going to be either an hour early or an hour late. I get easily confused by it all.

Looks like a cheap shirt you'd buy from Sports Direct for about £3. The quote on the shirt made by a King who spent little time in England. He probably wasn't even talking about P*rtsmouth, they probably nicked it.

I wonder if he will have the same impact as Forecast when he went there. If I remember correctly didn't they send him back? Anyway, good luck to him, would be good for him to get some match experience under his belt.
