i cant stand the bloke or neil warnock i find neither funny or likeable characters. imo they two managers who love the sound of thier own voices and the cameras too much. yet the media love their sense of 'fresh air' and 'telling like its is opinions' and continue to fawn at thier feet for quotes.

i really wouldnt play the strongest possible team so my team with the more important league game away to oldham on tuesday in mind would be. davis frazer fonte seabounre dickson hammond chaplow puncheon if still here on the right gobern on the left lambert guly subs, bart, butters,jaidi,morgan,lallana,barnard,doble in defence we are very stong so can afford to make minimal changes if any atall so only the one for me, i dont really like upsetting the defence to much. but in midfeild though we are abit light. with only 6 players i would ever want to begin a game fighting for 4 spots imo we really need to bring in new bodys to improve options and competition. if we suffer injuires and more likley suspensions to 2 or more then we will be struggling and would have to turn to lesser tried players like gobern. same with strikers cant really change them much as options for me arn't there so its two from barnard, lambert and guly. really need 1 more. if our season were to fail because of a lack of goals scored from now untill may then it would be a travesty.

another reason to not play a full strength team imo is the fact we play oldham away on the following tuesday night. this game will be a very tough fixture and one that will need our most strongest squad fully prepared for. the league has to be our main focus not a one of cup game.

i would rest lallana,chamberlain, fonte and lambert take take them out of possible harms ways and scouts eye's they are to important to lose for the league campaign. bring in gobern, puncheon if not sold by friday, seabounre and barnard should still give a good account of ourselves

what a great result with having made changes to a squad which won well on saturday and playing a team fighting for their lives on a questionable surface i think it will prove a huge boost to both the players and fans confidence. we are proving to be able to really push for a top two finish this season. i wholey admit i didnt like guly in his earlier games i thought his shooting passing and headiing left alot to be desired but he did have the willingness to run and work hard that maybe being his greatest attribute in what has seen him get to grips more with the english game and me to change my opinion of him. we won which is good and all that counts but please dont be fooled, they are not a good team and we still are not good enough to finish top two this season. we really really need to buy another striker lambert was complete crap today couldnt even pass to another white shirt injured? not intrested or unfit what ever the reason he has to dropped. first half he and guly were useless, i'm sorry guly couldnt win a header if it was only him under the ball and his passing also was appaling. barnard has been by far our best striker and he has scored what 4 goals? a big problem we need to address in january. for the next league game i just hope we play barnard with lallana up front.

with barnard carry a groin/hernia problem and lambert with hip and other problems why risk either for a low priority compition?. they should both be given time to rest there injuries. Connolly and Guly or Doble should be used against what is a lower placed league two team. i personally would really like to see holmes given 90mins and also Gobern and Doble play. unless jaidi needs the rest i wouldnt change the back four or keeper every game they play together build a better understanding. Be a nice break from the pressure and tension of the past two big games and one that i can just sit back and enjoy. hope no new injuries/suspensions and a nice 3-0 win coyrs.

happy with the point when we could if not for davis have ended up with nothing. 1st half we dominated most of the play and looked good. 2nd half was far more even and we did start to tire with 10mins left the boy's did alot of running. i think all the players did well and it was important that we didnt lose to maintain our momentum and to stay up and around the playoff's. coyrs
