What is that supposed to prove exactly? There are plenty of examples of good and bad atmospheres at both venues. In 36 years the best home atmosphere I can remember is still the cup quarter final at St Mary's v Wolves.

You really are a mine of incorrect "facts" . Next you'll be telling us that if Pompey had beaten West Brom we'd have stayed up
-
You are defo gazing back down memory lane in rose tinted spectacles
-
I really do not think that is true tbh
-
Would you really prefer to go back to the Dell days? No thanks. I think nostalgia is clouding your memory - a bit like when you day-dream about that ex-girlfriend and ponder how fantastic she was, while completely forgetting the perpetual pain and hassle she caused you.
-
Oh - and our support is an embarrassment as well
-
Hey! We have just lost a match and all the players and the manager have been declared useless and/or technically inept. Please don't interrupt the collective misery with your "feel good" nonsense
-
Not always. Depended on how the team were doing - errm, just like now.
-
You don't consider Sunderland away to be winnable? It will be difficult for sure, but it is a winnable game defo - and as I am going at great expense we had bloody well better get a result!
-
I am no bookie - but I would imagine the odds would be astronomic. What Mr Duckhunter has done is piece together a set of results that individually are entirely possible - but collectively are nigh on impossible.
-
And how much money are you willing to wager on that set of results?
-
There is just so much wrong with this post it beggars belief! Well done.
-
You clearly have never been to Upton Park when things aren't going well for the home team - or even last season when it was so bad they couldn't get a win when the really mattered.
-
Blimey - the 23 year old certifiable depressive is at it on this thread as well. Perhaps you can give us the sequence of results that will result in, for example, Wigan and Aston Villa both getting 39 points (or more) given that they have to play each other.

Do you mean Phil Neville?

SAINTS 0-3 West Bromwich Albion // Post-Match Reaction

What sort of attitude is that? Has he run over your pet cat or something? Bit of a simple observation really. We lose a game and suddenly the manager is not one who has "aces up his sleeve" and doesn't have an alternative approach to the high line. So what would you suggest he should have done differently? -

Quite a simple 23 year old then. One defeat and suddenly it is the "start of our slide to eventual relegation"? Get a grip! In those 23 years you have seriously not seen a better player than Lukaku live? -

I am guessing that you are about 12 years old. Am I right? -
Premier League winners or Champions League winners?

The threads on here are getting worse by the day -
What on earth is he on about? I thoroughly enjoyed the Thatcher years

This is what you get with (perceived) mid-table obscurity

Actually he didn't (and the chant was "new boots, Tahar" and yes, it was embarrassingly s h 1 t e)
