  1. OK....I am chilling out again now - a bit.
  2. Linked to this perhaps: http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=13122
  3. Not sure if that means anything or not really.....is there an expert in the house?
  4. That was deliberate attempt to wind me up wasn't it?? Well I refuse to take the bait. I am not going to keep resurrecting this hoshyt by posting to it....apart from now of course....:axe:
  5. I agree many people expecting a super rich extravagant sugar daddy will be disappointed. I don't think many people on here seriously expect that though - apart from those with a below average IQ. However, I suspect that if either of the current potential bidders are successful their plan will include sensible investment for moving the club back up the league structure. Perhaps I should caviat that and say that they "hope" to be able to achieve that. In reality it is much more difficult as QPR are finding (and they have much more than we will ever have). It all depends on making the right appointments and making the correct purchases (player-wise). Whether they can do that heaven only knows. I have probably just put my own IQ into question by saying this
  6. Do you only listen in at news times, or do you subject yourself to the rest of the tiresome carp on there during a week day? If the former, what times do they deliver sports related news?
  7. Well, at least that as a minimum, yes. It would be preferable for somebody to be able to do more than that - like "invest" money in the team (without expectation of an immediate return) so that we can progress back up the league structure in a sustainable fashion. What we don't want is a sugar daddy with a short attention span - we want a solid platform (not one made out of a stack of cards) so that we never reach this horrible place again. I would like to believe that the potential buyers can deliver on a wish list like this.
  8. Agree with most of this, but you have also assumed that Lynam and Jackson are the money men when clearly they are not. It wouldn't matter if they or their businesses haven't got a pot to ****** in - it is the people they represent that matter. The echo reckons that MJ/Green have already lodged the £500k readies to which you allude.
  9. Agreed. He also would have no compunction in liquidatng if the preferred bidder comes up short at the 11th hour, as he did last year with SilverJet Airways.
  10. I didn't see anything to suggest that was the case (although it could be). More likely that they cannot agree on the finer points of the proposal.
  11. MB - Do you work at the printing press oe summat?
  12. Should be OK now....but probably not worth the wait
  13. Wierd, I couldn't either on a different PC, so I clicked edit and save and they appeared. I'll try a little anti-cache trick.....
  14. Time to go home I think !
  15. Journey to the bottom of the league.
  16. What about "6th Sense" for all those ITK's
  17. Coraline.....ok the title is irrelevant - but having my 5 year old **** her pants in the seat next to me (and I mean really literally **** her pants) took my mind off Saints plight for 100 minutes. Stunk the cinema out :vom:
  18. Steady on Terry. Last night, when I said your posts seem a bit tame, I didn't mean you should jump straight in and lambast the next poster you came across. Fancy using the word "spunk" on a public forum - and why wasn't it asterisked out??.....and don't tell me you meant "courage". I'm off to tell your mum.:smt021
  19. I think I've been here too long already! Your posts are easy to comprehend compared to OoohTerryHurlocks random word generator method.
