I know one of the directors of Eastleigh - huge Saints fan and good friends with some of the better known ex-players. He is always giving me ITK information on Saints, has done for years. It has always proved to be 100% incorrect :-) I hope it wasn't him that your mate overheard (or was speaking too) because if it was then I am now a disappointed man. I want this Swiss thing to be true.

I am not a general supporter of the PC movement but I do find that word a tad offensive/inappropriate I am afraid.

I have only been here since April but I have been quite active, and I haven't seen any evidence of this really. It must be all before my time. What I see is a pretty consistent viewpoint with subtle (and often sarcastic) undertones - and I quite enjoy reading them to be honest. If the truth be told, some people are taking themselves to seriously and are too quick to get the hump when somebody takes the **** out of them. Anyone disagreeing with this is clearly an idiot.

OoohTerry is ******ing himself laughing at the fact that I ruptured my right achilles playing footie last Tuesday :-( Actually he has been very simpathetic and has offered to come and take me down the pub....presumably not to just get me ****ed and watch me fall over going to the bog.

If there is an internet forum equivalent of anti-social behaviour, then this thread (or starting one like it) is a good example. It is a bit like a school playgound with a group of bullies pushing around the kid with the speech impedent - only in this case I think the kid got a bit more between his ears that most of the bullies. This is just my opinion of course, just like I am of the opinion that (with the benefit of hindsight) the removal of Lowe by Wilde was not our clubs finest hour. Am I a troll too?
