If that is the case that Pinnacle have pulled out then its the end of a the road. I think MLT may have been taken in and let his heart rule his head, Pinnacle have just waisted over four valuble weeks in the future of our club. The 10 point deduction for next season was there for all to see so why the feck did they get involved in the first place. IMO they did not have the funds to back the bid and have used the points deduction as a get out of jail free card.

Very good point with regard to the decision being correct in the first place, FL must think we have a very good case under appeal or else they would not want us to sign our right to appeal away.
