Leicester City...Is Sheik Monsour their secret chairman or something!! Incrediable the amount of money they are spending. I feel we should be in for this player, and i think he'd be very interested in coming back. The possibility of playing with his brother again (i said possibly), back to a city he knows and grew up in, playing for the saints again, big plans etc etc and would learn off Fonte and Jaidi. BBC reports the fee being £5m+ but i think he is worth that, whether we have that money to spend i don't know but i am going to be very jealous of Leicester if they get him. I know for sure if i had the money to spend on Mills i would be calling Reading right now and stealing him from under Leicesters noses. Th prospect of Mills and Fonte at the back excites me...Feel he is exactly the kind of centre half we should be looking at to partner Jose.

Does anyone know what the deal is with the training ground re-build?? Has it started, if not when are we doing it? I was under the impression that it was being done this summer but haven't seen anything...would drive down but live in Devon now so a bit of a trek!!

Didn't want him anyway...i feel any player we want we'll get at the moment...everyone knows we are a big club, with lots of money, therefore lots of pulling power. Soon to have new training facilities, lush stadium, amazing pitch to play on, awesome fans...we have huge pulling power and thats before the players meet nige and nicola and here the plans for the club!!

Umm, Nugent IS NOT married...i was at uni in Chichester last year and his girlfriend is a student there, used to pick her up a lot of the time!!! Unless he is Giggsy in disguise he isn't married!! Not thats i care, just wanted to prove you wrong! In other news, i don't think we need someone like Nugent but if Adkins nd Cortese believe in him then i will too...got a lot of trust for those two so we will see...only thing they have done since taking over which i'm still not proven wrong is Forte, but people are allowed to make mistakes i guess!!

Well I for one would like to think we were interested in him and at least made some enquiry for him. 35 goals last season, think anyone would agree that that's a decent feat! He has pace which we don't up front, and eye for goal obviously, and looks like Robbie Savage...of course we'd have been in for him! Perhaps we are in for bigger and better...only time will tell...Cork is going to sign for Burnley, so we can give up on that one!!

Craig mackail-smith has joined Brighton on a 4-year deal!? Surely we were in for him I'd expect!? Wonder why he chose them Over us? Poyet over Adkins maybe!!!!

oh, didnt see that they'd signed Hoskins, he's a decent player. Not sure of his ability in the NPC but only time will tell that. I think with Poyet they have a manager which prem clubs would most likely be happy to send good young players out on loan too, and he is someone i imagine could tempt older fringe players from better clubs to have a couple seasons at the sea side!! I'm sure he has something up his sleeve, however i really feel they'll struggle massively this season... ...still, its early doors, anything could happen!

So they have lost their top scorer Murray to a mediocre championship team...and have now lost their midfielder Bennett to Norwich. Why do their best players seem to be jumping ship when they are about to head into a new era with the club...perhaps goings on behind closed doors!?? Losing arguably two of their better players wont be good for them at all. What do we feel of their chances in the NPC this season? discuss...

I think with 3-4 'quality' players, as Adkins has said he is hoping to sign, would make the top 6 a possibility for sure. We'll be there or there abouts come the end of the season i feel.

didn't get in the team ahead of Lallana and Oxo...was surplus to requirements at a L1 club...not quite sure why he has a big ego because this is fact! Lallana and oxo are better, fact, so 0 1 2 1 do one and get us a mil or so to spend on someone who would value being in a squad with fantastic fans, facilities, prospects and vision.
