Indeed, the Mohti Grotty has been good to me over the years.

I can just hear the McDonalds advert "Da da da da da......I'm Lovin' it!"

Lol! I know it happened at some tea/burger joint but not sure exactly where. No cash points in them days, well, as a nipper I never had a card so had to taxi all the way back home and in again after picking up my spare loot! Back on tack now. Curries. Used to love the Kohinoor, Mohti grotty, Taj Mahal (Eastleigh), one in Folkestone (did Indian & Chinese). Great Moghul has sadly waned in the last ten years. These days I use Nashaa (Eastleigh) without fail but I am seeking to try something else so this thread is illuminating!

The last time I was in there was 5am, Sunday May 2nd 1976. I'd also had the requisite alcohol. I don't remember if I enjoyed it TBH.

So people can avoid it.

A balanced view and I think, like you, that once the tories sense they can win, alone, they will call the shot and dump the bed hoppers.

I can now see why some people jump straight on your comments. And I thought I was a cynical pessimist!

I didn't realise it was such a great run either, unbefeckinlieveable to be honest! One can dream! Sealing their relegation, at Nottarf over the Easter, would be orgasmic!

I wholeheartedly agree with you that a man should not hit a woman although there may be a circumstance where he might have to to protect his/a life? My point was just a generalism asking why one player should be sacked for fighting and another, in the example I questioned, clearly not. Maybe I, wrongly, drew the inference that Barny is of more value to the team so should be treated more leniently? By all means move Forecast on due to his lack of ability or, if due to his pugilism, then Barny should go also! I don't really want Barny gone but both players should be treated equally! Had to giggle at your last comment as Forecast was the main butt of a 'Who couldn't do a job for us next season' debate on the train home! He won hands down.

Why should the rule apply to one player and not the other? just a question.

Had to laugh at one of the questions to the soccerette Blackpool fan. Staying up or going down? She kept her modesty! Boooo, should have said it for the laugh.
-
Indeed! I wonder if they know over on the Brighton forums? Another reason to get all bitter and twisted!
-
On top of that we have fans who whinge and whine and generally drag up old arguments even when the future is bright. No wonder Messi wouldn't sign for us with fans like that!

As if Rickie would consider a retrograde step at this stage of his career!

Blackpool, it would be rude not to go to the away game...evoking wonderful memories! Wigan are due a drop, the rest i'm not bothered about.

In the meantime, should they get promoted next season, they will forfeit those payments (which get shared to the other clubs IIRC). Is this Chinchannery's cunning plan? For them to actually NOT get promoted? Looks a good theory to me!

This. The iconic picture of Markus and his camera should be the model in my humble opinion. Jeez! The man was in his 60's and a succesful businessman but he looked so innocent and in awe of the ocassion, that image will remain etched in my mind forever! What a time to be a Saints fan and, for my son, what a way to celebrate his first season s a ST holder!

Well, 20% over 5 years, less expenses I'd assume?

Old boys and their own young boys! We're maybe just a little restrained due to the ladies around us. Although I must confess my song, when we went 3-2 up against the franchise, was less restrained. "Two nil and you fecked it up!"

Oddly enough I have noticed, over the last few months, that some Eastleigh Mums must have changed their washing powder. The young fry around here, who sported skate shirts so prominently just over a year ago, now have england, manyoo, arse and chelsea shirts. Go on Mum, cook them shirts at 40 c, that'll get the red and white stripes back into them!

Brentford 0 - 3 Saints - Post Match Reaction
EastleighSoulBoy replied to Saint_clark's topic in The Saints
NA will see to that. They'll debrief, draw a blue line, have medical checks and then prepare for Monday. It's strange, after all these years, to be involved in a promotion push as a fan. All those years of trials and tribulations while watching the fans of other teams enjoying their own promotion runs. It's still inbred to not be able to quite take it in, yet the facts are there. The team have done incredibly well despite our slips and trips but come Monday evening the dream may well have come true. C'mon Saints, twice more into the breech!
