  1. Gentlemen....this particular skate Just. Doesn't. Get. It. But many of us do, as laid out by adriansfc: I went in search of the exact phrasing of this saying: Never argue with idiots, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. But I found far more salient descriptions and sayings pertinent to the Whore http://www.togetherweteach.com/MoreSayings/hey,_stupid.htm He'll be back for more though.
  2. From the bold red I presume they think you are daft enough to stump up for the repair and hope they'll reimburse? Just don't mate, their record so far is that of charlatans and shysters. They are chancers, time for Trading Standards.
  3. I feel we are capable of making the playoffs. Although pleased, and excited, at our current showing I have to temper that with a modicum of realism hence my poll choice.
  4. Fourpast was actually at the open training session last Thursday, does that imply he was back early or training with us and just travelling up for Thurrock games?
  5. Love that picture of him cupping his right ear as if to say "I can't hear you!" It was my desktop background for a long while.
  6. Yr 1 (2nd yr of CVA) - Ignore requests to pay it Yr 2 (3rd yr of CVA) - Ensure phone & fax numbers changed. Don't pay it. Yr 3 (4th yr of CVA) - Getting more confident now, just don't pay it Yr 4 (5th yr of CVA) - Really confident now, tell all the creditors you can't afford it so they can all feck off. Yr 5 Once they have got away with it then invest like mad with borrowed money. Simples innit?
  7. What has their nationality got to do with this? Foolish troll.
  8. This is a sad state of affairs for those genuine Bompey fans. Unlike those who came on here giving it the big one about something called a rivalry?
  9. ROFPML! Was there today and the GKs were setting up when a lady sat behind me started explaining who was who to her very young daughters. She asked, loudly, "Who is the person who is not Bart or Kelvin". I turned and told her it was Tommy Forecast A.K.A. Fourpast. After watching him for a while, spilling shots and not handling at all well, she said "Oh I can see why he's called that!" Glad this snippet backs me up!
  10. The most frightening call he got was from 'some Scumma 'oo tol' me he was gonna wash me'
  11. Just for those who have never donned galoshes and visited on previous occasions, will there be signs to explain the difference between these two parts of the ground?
  12. This time we'll not be standing in the rain, listening to the sirens wail as your bestsest fans destroy any part of your town that they can get their hands on. You've covered the visitors section so we'll just have to listen out for those sirens this time as your local area gets 'improved' again.
  13. And his response was deafening!
  14. More to the point, no discrimination against the EDL, but let's not let the facts get in the way of conjecture! http://www.presstv.ir/detail/196108.html
  15. I worked with some 'nice' skates in Chi for a while. They maintain, without prompting, that TCWTB actually stinks like he looks.
  16. Looks like you had a few before posting this, do you not spell check? Nice troll style to draw certain others though! Would it be helpful if we started a collection for those who want to emigrate? You know, one way tickets and all that?
  17. I'm sure that some of them will be along soon, crowing. Not to worry though, we had to lose at some stage and this is not the end of our season.
  18. As my Yorkie mate used to say..."Everyone's entitled to a Yorkshireman's opinion"
  19. Without good cause? Carefully considered the situation? Were there actually enough officers on duty to effect a better operation than that which we witnessed? After all, it was only some netting, it's not as if their fans really wanted a row with the Northam now.... was it? Well, those 'moody, but loveable, Millwall scallywags' obviously have more 'human rights' than those innocents caught up in their 'after match chat' ! Yup, our beloved O.B. certainly felt there'd be no trouble. Certainly not pre-planned! Oh there might... just might.. be a flare up but those 'pwoppa nawty lads' can take having a bit of banter without resorting to violence.... can't they? Sadly, some will because they will forget this and anyway, their tea is going cold on the table so they'll not want to walk around! Finally, as UmPahars says, the Police will learn from this. After all we only have West Ham, Brum, Bristol city, Skates, Cardiff, Boro, Forest and Leicester (among others) to come but none of them are as 'nawty' as our East London scallywags!
  20. The piece in bold could cover many skates I am aquainted with. Anyway, it's update time and Mr Wheeler has highlighted this on FB. Now I don't know how old the original piece is and it doesn't really tell us much apart from how, down to almost the last penny, much money the DFCSBs owe. http://theoriginalwinger.com/2010-04-21-portsmouth-fc-owes-a-lot-of-people-a-lot-of-money-debt-details-released?fb_comment_id=fbc_10150201443281222_17780000_10150262502896222
  21. So that's what this thread is all about!
  22. hmm funny that when corp stoped posting you stripes kept bleating on,(wheres corp whore) Now hes back you want him ignored. Just admit it you come on this fred just to see if hes around We come on here to bait him just to see what crepe he'll turn up with next. At least you, that Masonic chap and maybe one more give a reasoned debate.
  23. Several people have responded to this challenge, but you either do not comprehend the English language, or choose to ignore them because it doesn't suit you to have your argument shot down in flames. Corp Who? said: So, we were having protests, during some of the darkest days of our club's history. In acknowledging that some protesters still attended games (e.g. the banners in the ground pics) I have to ask why then did we still get more than you lot get now? Considering the majority of you lot are not protesting, OK TCWTB and some 50 others did have a march.
  24. Had some there about 3 months ago and I have to agree. A big minus for the one at the top of Derby Rd in Eastleigh purely for the fact that some of the staff can't get an order exactly correct and then the moody owner throws a strop when you have the temerity to question why the order is wrong and maintain it's always the customer's fault! She's saved me a fortune with her attitude.
  25. I'm aware that 'human rights' is often quoted in the context of that skate game. Who is it that actually stated that? The police or the club or is it, possibly, an urban myth? The reason I ask is that, surely, human rights should work 360 degrees, 24/7/366? Which then prompts the question, What about the human rights of those innocent fans who wish to leave the ground, and surrounding area, in a completely safe manner? If it's ok to keep Saints fans back at other grounds then I feel what's sauce for the goose is good for the gander. It's about time the Police faced this head on!
