Gus was quite happy to criticise the ref for the penalty decisions while keeping strangely quiet about the blatant ones the ref missed. Did anyone notice on the FL show that as they mobbed the ref, after the second penalty decision, one of them barged the ref? Cynical, niggly, whiney and petulant. Like your style and agree but there's a big BUT, sadly, it's the business side which drives the ambitions and the money, along with all the snouts in the trough, is in the PL. I can still remember the pre-PL days when Division 1 really was Division 1 and it was a fun place to be.
