The more he posts the more he gets exposed. Oh dear me!

It's amazing how the same statement can be seen two totally opposite ways! There was I thinking Tiggs was coming from the same dramatic and ironic angle as Robsk! A big Whoooooosh for me then!

Not the line of work I'd like to be involved in.

Then Rupert pats him on the head, ruffles his hair, straightens his tie and tells him "Run along now, Uncle Rupes will sort it all out for you, and don't let on that you told me what those naughty boys and girls on TSW said"

I listened to the radio today and believed the main commentator's name was Ben Shoveller? I may have spelled the name wrong.

There's nowt stranger than fact!

I reckon it might well be something else. I know of record collectors who wax lyrical about removing the vinyl from it's sleeve, poring over it's surface and checking for scratches. Placing it on the deck and wiping gently with an impregnated cloth while it turns. Then placing the tonearm onto the disc and enjoying the sounds. meanwhile reading the album sleeve and smelling the age old cardboard that it's made from. It's almost a sexual experience from what they say! Go to an allnighter up North and the DJ has cameras placed strategically behind him to ensure that he's playing not only vinyl but genuine copies and not re-issues or boots! It's most definitely a vinyl thing.

I think it's all lost on scott_saints. Still, despite him appearing cold and callous at least some of those on here will admire him for 'being fashionable'. God bless you little one, R.I.P. -
For many years Ford U.S. have been bankrolled by Ford of Europe. The 'jewel in the crown' until recently was Southampton. The problem is that Ford didn't really, in my opinion, invest heavily enough in the future of their main European asset. They, and sadly the workforce, are reaping that harvest now.

The perfectly reasonable facade of the BNP. It's what they want to do that is the problem, not what they're telling you they'll do. Get the BNP, or for that matter any other ultra extreme party, in and democracy (even as poor as it may seem today) will never be seen again.

I would think that the US 'Establishment' might be looking to 'let' the company who employs the least go to the wall. If you get my meaning. If that's the case then watch out Ford!
-
Thanks for that, I'll use that next time.

We have no other lighting, or heating on during this period! It saves us a fortune but would look rather sad in April!

I have spent half an hour faffing around on Photobucket to get that image! They have changed the way you link and clicking on 'Direct Link' does not save the code. I had to Ctrl C and then paste the code. I apologise for the size. She's still a tiny cat at 17 months but is she feisty!

1st December, then calls to International Rescue, about the tree, every day until the decorations come down.

How convenient for him and once again confirmation that racism is institutionalised within the police force (that does not mean all Policemen are racists, just the minority).
-
I think you're correct, it's the latent stuff which gives it all away. Do have a read back through. Some posters, with an opposing viewpoint to me, have made some very fair points but others, be it to wind up or genuinely stating their case, cannot be helped. It'll not be long before those who can't help it step over the line that the Mods have drawn.

You can't find the racism?
-
The one that stunk of roll ups, sweat and garlic? Now you do have a problem!
-
Yeah, but Ponty has warned them.
-
Probably a fair summation. Just the few who push the boundaries needed Ponty's words of advice.

. . That somewhen, over the coming 'festive season', you will be in the pub/club/bar when that twit who gives you the evil eye all year round clamps himself to your shoulder, proclaims to all and sundry that the pair of you are 'best mates despite never seeing eye to eye' and proceeds to vociferously demand that you have a drink with him? Plank!
-
Well said!

So, would that put paid to the 'overcrowding' card which sometimes gets played as a joker in the pack?
