I think that the queen may well be totally unaware of things like this. I'd not be so sure if others are as unaware though.
-
It can also mean that the other revelations may well be true. None of us know for sure, either way and, if I suspect correctly, the establishment may well stop us from ever knowing the truth.

No specifics? You jest. Collectively, this forum was warning about various impending, incoming new owners (such as C.S.I. & it's banking links). Collectively exposing the Ho's bowlocks at various times. Yes, we are obsessive, purely because you lot are our nearest rivals and cheats. Just as you lot are so obsessed that you dismissed our comments, preferring the lies about Southampton Company Union Men and non existent Dock Strike breaking. Let the reality seep in a bit and take a look at the thread. It may well be too early to say we told you so but we did! You fans may well get a poorly made, badly painted, scratched train set to play with but how long before you all want to be the Fat Controller? How long before someone takes his part of the set home in a fit of petulance? How long before you start missing tax payments and invoices when they fall on their due date? We may not get to gloat over a liquidation but your club is going to be seriously f**k*d IF you stick to the rules. So skate on pal, for one of you lot to accuse us of lying is a truly embarrassing and ironic comment.

You said it, community spirit is so sadly missing these days. As an offshoot, Eastleigh Carnival used to be packed with floats from Pirelli, Caustons, Railway, Hudnuts (Warner Lambert) etc. This year it was almost cancelled due to lack of support. Back to the subject now, British Industry has fallen foul of the drive to the bottom line in production costs. Having worked in the ford supply chain (Front Axle Assembly) I could relate tales of poor Turkish workmanship but it would not, now, save the plant because Ford are fully aware of the issue!

Harry Redknapp to be named manager within 3 weeks

Exactly! -
Irony, delicious irony. We're worried about which division we'll be in, you should worry about whether you'll have a club once the impending civil war (A,K.A. PST) breaks out. Skate on fella.

We have to ask, who did Saville associate himself with?
EastleighSoulBoy replied to hamster's topic in The Lounge
The mainland is even more of a convoluted, Masonic web. Saville was popular with the establishment so his predelictions would have been covered up here by the Establishment and, probably, the Government! That's how far the tentacles could reach, we don't want Lords and Earls being prosecuted now, do we, after all they are the bastions who set and protect the moral tone. -

Esther Rantzen has spent all these years promoting ChildLine. She now feels that Saville's alleged actions have undone all her hard work. Well sorry Esther but you now admit you were aware of Saville's attacks on young women, you said nothing. Yet you tell children it's alright to talk and tell someone. What the feck were you doing then that prevented you from screaming, waving flags, ringing bells or anything else to stop these alleged attacks from continuing? You undid all your hard work. Hypocrite. -
Well obviously Kirkland is like me and not 'ard, unlike some would like us to believe they are.

Surely you mean 0.4% after applying the two C.V.A.s ? It's getting to you mate!
-
On the other hand If you wish not to hear the monkey chants or sounds then you'll not. Your statement is both blinkered and at about the same intellectual level as those who made the noises you choose not to hear. Agreed.

Its time to bring the old girl home...
EastleighSoulBoy replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Lounge
Would that be enough? I ask because I watched quite an interesting programme where an old US warship was stripped out and scuttled to form a reef. Purely from it's previous use I can understand why the decontamination was a lot more intricate but even the wiring was ripped out! That was not a financial decision because it cost more to strip out than what would have been gained from the scrap conductive cores etc. On the emotive side, and purely dreaming here, wouldn't it be great to see her moored alongside, as a Hotel/Attraction, with a walkway connecting to S.M.S. and a revitalised surround? -

Just a thought, as an add on to the 'sinking' view, how much would decontamination cost? -
Is that after the minus 20% minus 2%?

If they did, Caesar, they would be holding knives. As pointed out earlier, the hypocrisy from down there is is delicate, ironic and succulent. We point it all out then we are dirty, obsessed, lying faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaakin' scummmaaaaaaaaaaaaz. One of their own points it out and it's a work to rival war & peace. Get thee gone, Satan's spawn or milt or whatever we may call them.

And filleted, with all laid out for show. Same as at Horton Heath then.

Reading between the lines it's almost as if the FL are implying that they don't feel that Portpin meet The Football League’s requirements, including the terms of the Owners and Directors Test, Furthermore they don't want the responsibility of saying so in direct, understandable terms. So they are placing the onus on PKF to either get Portpin to give more, enforceable assurances OR find another purchaser. If that is the case then the FL may even see this as the end game, liquidation, but want someone else to do their dirty work for them as they don't want to be seen as the people who forced the club/Administrators to make that decision.

Yeah, it's a bit like a Graham Rix farce down there.

A good mate of mine, a Geordie, has a silver cannabis leaf pendant which he has worn for years. A few years ago I was wheeling Mum around Eastleigh on a shopping trip (pun intended) and we bumped into Mike, who she had never met. I introduced them and within seconds Mum hits top form. " You don't sound Canadian Mike"....."I'm not" he replies. "Why have you got a Maple Leaf hanging round your neck then?" Mum asks.
