I agree, I think the contract and legalities regarding further deductions apply to a situation that is a little "different" to the one we find ourselves in. This leaves us exposed and Pinnicle rightly want those loopholes closed before signing. As stated Pinnicle are working ammicably with FL so I think they need to ammend the rules to allow our signing

Increased webcam chat with the better half as opposed to reading this? Dont worry, it's nearly Thursday!

Like said Beatts said his time here was the best time of his life. When he scored for Everton against us he refused to celebrate, and correct me if I'm wrong has not played against us since. I always thought that when he got "injured" in training for Sheff Utd at the end of 08, it was more of a refusal (even if not openly) to play aginst us when they could have sent us down. Yeah he could be a bit ****y at times, but usually was happy to chat and be polite

I can understand Fry wanting a deposit to see if pinnacle are totally serious, so that is fine. I can alo understand Pinnacle saying "Hang on, we need our laywers to look at this". I mean who wants to give away a non refundable half million quid? It's a gamble as they don't know what lies in the deepest depths of the books. But even if the laywers agrre to the legalities today, the banks will not be open until Monday to transfer the cash (Unless someone here has a spare half million quid in their pocket to lend them?)

I think some who are defending the players situation are missing the point. Why should someone who is paid £400 per week, dig into his pocket and stump up to pay the wages of someone who is paid £6,000 (or more) per week. These parasites are taking the P**s out of the fans and bleeding THEM. For those interested, Honda in Swindon have voted to take a pay cut today to keep the plant running and save redundancies of fellow workers! The managers have taken a bigger cut than the workers!

Now I may have this wrong, but IMO the stadium being sold on it's own may not be an issue. MF has a responsibility to the creditors and would have tried to sell SLH as a going concern. This would have mean the company would have the debts carried over with it and would still need to be paid. This would have been his 1st choice to serve the creditors. This has not happened though so now he is selling the assets. As the mortgage company, AVIA "Technically" own the stadium now (think of it as a reposession) but they have no use for it. So now SLH will be wound up and the club (Which technically owed Barclays) will be sold to pay the overdraft while AVIVA would want the stadium sold to recover some of their debt. Therefore there are 2 separate negotiations ongoing. This does not mean they are negotiating with 2 parties, but the 2 separate sub companies are being sold as separate assets. As SLH officially owed the money, the sales would come without debt but MF now has to negotiate with a potential buyer(s) as well as Barclays AND AVIVA which may drag things out. He will however want to get as much money for the creditors as possible by selling to one or 2 parties

Lowe & Richards in board room on Sunday at Forest....Confirmed by Club
darren1 replied to exit2's topic in The Saints
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Rupert etc resign from the board of SLH, but there was no mention of resignations from SFC. Mark Fry has stated the board of the club are continuing to run the club. Isn't Rupert STILL on that board? Please correct me if I am wrong as I thought he was on it.......... -
Correct, sounds to me like there are offers. But it is the resposibility of the administrator to clear as many debts as possible but in no way garuntee they are all cleared. Sounds like relegation "Has affected the asking price" so there are offers on the table but the parties are playing hard ball to try and sell for as much/buy for as little as possible

While it would be interesting, I feel bringing Lowe up time after time would only hold the club back. It is time to roll up the sleeves and move forward. Lowes time at the club was an ugly era only matched by the car in Ponty's picture. The problem is most would probably have a lot of mud to sling, but that is easy to do when you didnt get results. I think the only ones without too much to say would be Hoddle and Strachan. The 2 who brought the most success....

Saggy face never had any intention of putting effort in here. It was just to get one over Milan. He got what he wanted and slagged off what he got. He ruined Bournemouth financially, pretty much did the same to West Ham, Give it a couple of years and see what will happen down the road............. As said he buys success with other peoples money!
