  1. SaintsTV coming through just fine in Vegas
  2. who cares what it looks like. winning brings the crowds back.
  3. That seems to me to be the most likely outcome. Given the world's current financial crisis I think that the day when that happens may be very close.
  4. Oh yes you can (apparently) http://www.howtocleanstuff.net/strategies/how-to-polish-a-turd/

It is this kind of statement that makes your posts unbelievably funny. Not very believable, but very funny. Thanks for making us laugh so much!!
  7. 2 more league game losses and they won't be blagging it any more. With the gates as low as they are, and going even lower, the bank's patience will run out faster than they might think, especially given the credit crisis banks are currently in.
  8. Agreed, he has no choice and I am happy he is making the choice. Sad though that all of us could see the failure of the total-football experiment as soon as it was announced, but the powers-that-be couldn't see it then?
  9. As I said on another thread: he will sell up about 24 hours before administration kicks in (ala Coventry/SISU). At that moment he has only 2 choices - see his stock go down to zero, or get a pittance for it.
  10. We'll be bought soon enough; About 24 hours before administration hits, just like Coventry was. At that very moment the stock will be really cheap to buy, as the alternative for Ru**rt, Quisling, LC and the others is seeing the value of their stock be ZERO.
  11. Start offering value for the money and the fans will come. it's that easy too.
  12. Yea Robbie, it's your fault (and mine) that the team is losing. It's all because we're not there to see it happen.
  13. Sounds like he's moving away from this Total Football malarkey. Better late then never.
  14. Did their loss somehow improve our situation? If not, I don't give a flying f#ck what they did. We won't be playing at their level for years to come, even if they go down (we will too after all)
  15. Thanks Um. I was just wondering if there is a way to weaken the 'trust' those other investors have put in him.
  16. yes, but his 6% plus the traitor's shares would not have put them in control. There must be a significant portion of shares from others that has been proxied to Ru**rt, or he has been given control/management over them by some other means?
  17. If I understand correctly, Ru**rt does not personally own a very large percentage of the shares in the club, however he REPRESENTS a significant percentage of shares by virtue of other investors who have placed their trust in him to represent their interests. So I have a question for those of you with REAL knowledge of the world of investments and finance; Would it be possible to weaken that support for Ru**rt from the other investors, and if so what would it take to do that? It seems to me that Ru**rt losing that support would be the only way to get rid of Ru**rt and save what's left of the club.
  18. The problem is: Skacel doesn't want to play! So put him in the team and he will not put any effort in, will be too lazy, and in general he'll not care. He has proven this already. He's an overpaid, under performing Prima Donna with the wrong attitude. Let him rot where he is right now.
  19. Agreed Disagree. Analogy: I am not an accountant, so if I accept a job in accounting, and then fail miserably, it is as much my fault as the the fault of the person who hired me.
  20. Shafted By Ru**rt
  21. Ru**rt and the traitor will both be standing mext to the casket at the funeral. Shortly thereafter they will be tried.
  22. Probably? Make that "for sure".
  23. That ship has sailed. There will be no takeover by Paul Allen, Fulthorpe, Abu Dabi sheikh, Richard Branson, unknown oil baron, Taiwanese crook, or any other entity with more than 50 pence in their pocket. We're dead. Ru**rt and the traitor have completed the task.
  24. What an incredibly stupid remark
  25. Bad example. I certainly have quit jobs for that reason, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
