i would like to buy a pint of cider, not one of those stupid half pint plastic bottles, thank you very much! they're only good if you want to make a snakebite & i aint a pikey or a student so no ta.

thanks so much to Tony Lynam & his collegues for the all the work that they have put in to save our club. reading his post has made me so positive for the future, so why have i got tears in my eyes? relief i think, that we are finaly seeing some light at the end of a very long & dark tunnel. onwards & upwards! COYR!!

"Thank ****.... its FRIDAY!" had a good feeling something was going to happen today. dont know if its a coincidence that i saw an employee of the club shopping with this morning, with no worries & in a very good mood for someone who hadnt been paid. was there any info given about this deal at yesterdays meetings?

cant say no to any offer in the circumstances can we? i hope they include sell on clauses etc as £1 million may seem a bit of a steal in the future.

will be looking forward to watching us play Gillingham as the 1st football match i was taken to was a FA cup tie between Gillingham & Everton.

Ha,Ha thats brilliant. a lot better than that christian, soft rock, plastic jocks effort. IMHO would love to hear the crowd singing & bouncing around to that :partyman:

Will what happened to us happen to that lot down the road?

cant wait for it to happen to them, so i can go into work & laugh right in the faces of the skate managers who have been smug as ****e the past month. i will probably laugh so much i will pass out in front of them -
McGoldrick lives a few doors up from me in a normal end of terrace house, so he cant use that as an excuse! he does have a nice BMW parked outside so maybe thats were his wages go? feel like going up there and asking him wot he thinks about money people have collected going to pay for his petrol

apart from the odd bruises no injuries related to watching Saints but i was nearly knocked out when as a 9 year old i was taken to upton park to watch west ham v everton. everton had a free kick in the 1st half which Sheedy blasted just over & straight into my face as i wallked down the steps got my own back in a way, by throwing peanuts at Neville Southall through most of the 2nd half

fight them all the way! they are making an example of us because we dared use a loophole which showed how stupid there regulations are. the whole way they have handled it from the start is farsical, as is the timing of the anouncement.
-
great watching that again, not seen it for a while. the bruises i got celebrating the 3rd goal took ages to heal up!
-
doesn't Crouch drive a Bentley ?
-
agree totaly. its not about the poor team we have or wot result we get against Burnley its about insuring the club gets enough revenue to survive long enough to be bought. thats all that matters now.

i agree also, but do admit to shouting "barmy army" a few times last saturday #-o jus hope we dont do the slow "saints come marching in" thing tomorrow. can't stand it.i know the whole season has been like one long funeral march but do we have to sing like it

considering the financial difficulties a lot of fans are facing at this time, the outlay for a season ticket may be beyond a lot of them no matter if it is lower next season or not. couldn't the club look into making it possible to pay monthly, say by direct debt? they could charge a premium over people who pay up front to make it fair? this would interest me and a lot of other fans i know.
