Seems to be the best team form we have had for many a season. I must be mad - I'm enjoying not going into every match expecting a flogging. Let's see out this season - Playoffs are a mighty way away. Next Season for me is the one where we can say - Ok Mr Pardew... you're starting on 0 points just like every other team - Lets see what you can do.

I think it's a great read. He is saying the right things and if he is coming over a little arrogant I'd put it down to strength and confidence. Good to see he see's us on a par with a top Italian team ( no doubt in years to come )

I think AP and the team would have had at least 4 points marked down for the Brighton and Norwich matches. Can't be done now so a confident display and 3 points this week would help keep the good overall results going. Saints 2 - 0 Norwich. (Lambert, Papa)
