At the start of the game on Fox Sports the only fans you could hear was ours... Unsure if TV has the mics in the right spot or what but the fans came over nice and clear. Was it him the actually grabbed the Ref ? I could be wrong but it looked like someone actually grabbed him and I thought that was a big no-no

Like many of the above posters I am prepared to put my faith in Gazza if called on. I'm sure he will be our Cup Match keeper. (bar Europe) Can't say I've seen much of Stekelenberg - bar highlights of the friendlies so I'm quite keen to see how he goes. I'm more worried about the lack of CB's at the moment .. but I'm sure this is being sorted and this isn't the thread for that

No way. We need Pelle this season and he offers something that our other strikers don't. He isn't perfect but for me is an important player.

Hoping we can finish this season off with some good performances and a small slice of luck... id like to see Davis Clyne Fonte Alderweireld Bertrand Davis Wanyama Long Mane Tadic Pelle With the 3 midfielders pushing up a bit more to support Pelle with the long balls we love booting up to him. If Davis isn't suited then chuck in Reed Anyway - Saints to win 3-1 ( Pelle, Wanyama & Mane )

I can see Pelle scoring in this one... As much as RK correctly says we need to strengthen the forward line, I can see Pelle sending him a reminder that he still has a potent scoring force in himself. 2-0 - Pelle (16, 32)

Being in Australia I only get to watch the games on TV and I have to say EVERY game you can hear the Saints fans in full voice. Be it away or at home it always makes me smile and feel 'proud' - I do hope this thread is a poor p1ss take because all you Saints fans can hold your heads up. Long may it continue...

Looking Forward to seeing what he can do for Saints. Hoping he adapts quickly to the physical side of the game and is not one who falls to the ground on the slightest touch. He has skills and is an area we needed to strengthen. I guess its all about Koeman brining out the best of him and the saints players making him welcome. On the transport issue perhaps we could advise something like;

The support for this team has been massive all season and the chants, singing and general good mood from the Saints fans has been coming over clear as a bell on the ol' idiot box. Can generally only hear one set of supporters ( even away ) 3-1 To The Saints. Pelle (2) , Davis to finally score (1)

Id love for us to be able to keep Morgan at Saints forever... such a vital player in our last few seasons. He has shown he is still committed to the cause in his performances this season even after his little spat over the transfer to Spurs. As stated above though the actual chances of keeping him are slim due to his ability - So I hope, like many, we can offer him something to stay at least to the end of the season and have clauses to make sure he only goes at the right price.

Its amazing to see how far we have come in such a short time.... Saints have to be the most amazing roller coaster ride there is !

Congrats to Clyne.... like many have said well deserved and possibly overdue. Out of interest who is likely to play the midfield Right role ? be interesting to see how the link up play between the two will go
