Lol Someone made some stuff up and sent it to sky and they printed it. Fonte is never going to leave. He is a Saint through and through. next one on the banner

I am happy with the result. Sure we could have won it in the end, but for large portions of the game, the midfield got bossed a bit. It's not that they were bad, just that they weren't as good. Feel it had a detrimental effect on the back four as well. Looking forward to 1 decent midfield addition and a good defender. Will add real stability. Cedric has already produced more than Clyde did in all his time at saints but needs work defensively. Overall 7.3/10

That's gold He is so injury prone I wouldn't even swap him with gaston
-
Johnson looked very quick that second innings. Stokes FFs needs his arse kicked but it made no difference. Lythe. Lol rubbish. Ballance. Looks like he doesn't know which end of the bat to hold. You boys need to replace him. What's trott doing? Lol

Schneiderlin Joins Manchester United (Official)

It will be weird seeing him in a strip with that terrible chevy logo..... and me not think for a split second "hey when did saints change our sponsor?" but , been great watching morgan develop into a top top player. good luck to him. i can sit here with my hand on heart and genuinely wish the guy well.... -
Well well well. Us Aussies bowled poorly, fielded poorly and batted poorly. Too cocky maybe. Anderson sure knows how to use that duke ball too. All the England bowlers looked good in fact. Any chance of 2 days rain starting in 10 minutes?
-
Pretty much my sentiments. Next person I see wearing a Tottenham shirt, gets a punch in the face. I don't care if it is my 8 year olds friend.
-
3-0 Australia Rain to save England in two tests. Aussies batting is still a little brittle imo, and ALOT will depend on how Starc bowls. If Starc brings his A game, it will be no contest. Rate the non Englishman Stoke, and Root will have to bet very well. Captain Cook seems to have recaptured some form so who knows but imo Broad, Finn and Anderson will have to bowl very very well... Bell also seems to have been around since the 90's but still quality (mostly) and will need to bat well. Hopefully the Aussies dont play Siddle ... EVER. I hope this thread dosnt come back to haunt me... Go Aussies!

Problem is. For what we sold Lambert, Lallana, Shaw, Chambers etc etc for, you can also say, unless you develop your own, good English players are an overpriced luxury that only the wealthy clubs can afford.......

no, no, I am pretty sure it's the shadow from Boris's elbow just making it look that way -
Transfer update on Clyne, Schneiderlin and transfer priorities
hans gruber replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
i agree on both points. I hope Liverpool finish 8th. and to be honest, unless they pull a rabbit out of the hat, with the signings they have made i definitely cannot see them cracking top 4, if anything the gulf seems to be widening? be interesting if Clyne would stay at Saints if they were to match whatever he was offered elsewhere.... I guess we will never know -
thanks 9 be nothing worse than getting the shirt all the way to Aussie, and then having to use it as a crop top

Liverpool will be fighting for 5-8th next season, just like we will be. So if he goes, well good luck but see you later. at this point in time with the way saints are travelling and the way Liverpool are travelling, its a sideways move. although admittedly probably with a 20k per week pay rise. -
Once you guys work out what the sizing is like I am going to get the mrs to mail order me one for my birthday in October I likey the away strip alot

Osvaldo in the news for all the wrong reasons... again
hans gruber replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
I think this has got legs. If we can convince Brenda that an osvaldo / balotelli all star Italian national striker combination will work wonders for Liverpool we may just get our money back..... Failing that, take him out the back and bullet him -
hull would have stayed up if they hadn't sold Shane long.
-
probably about right i reckon. i will say this though. People bag Shane Long ( i am not arguing either way) but I reckon the replacement Hull spent the money on (Hernandez) was very patchy. They may have stayed up if they hadnt sold him to Saints. So whilst they thought they may have cashed in and made some dosh... Just shows you how hard it is to get things right player wise.

Outrageous!

Played in a golf day today, every time the boys nailed a cracker shot I went the high press. They didn't get it but I ran with it and by the end of the day it was high presses all round. Great vid by the way. Was genuinely funny, hope the kit is worth buildup!

Wouldn't have been so easy if someone tackled him. Feel sorry for James, that looks like an ACL........ Poor fella

Mane looks really good. Great goal from Fonterlin

Mane is a very useful player

Adkins on SSN this morning talking Saints and UCL/PL title
hans gruber replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
I think Nige would be the natural replacement for Sammy Lee when he moves on. I can see him in the Tracksuit jumping around excitedly hugging everyone whenever Saints score. -
Spurs look pitiful. Carrick having a cracker. Suck eggs pinnochchettino. We are sixth.
