Much improved performance and a great result. Barnard worked incredibly hard as usual and he probably just beats Kelvin to MOTM who made 2 brilliant saves in stoppage time. Wednesday didn't really get going in the 2nd half until the last 10 minutes and in truth we should have finished one of our other chances and killed the game off.

If you're getting the train I'd reccomend drinking in Weatherspoons close to Milton Keynes station as there isn't a lot on near the ground. The other option is to go to into Fenny Stratford or Bletchley.

Great result and performance. I especially thought Dickson did well 2nd half, much better than the previous time I saw him play against Plymouth.

Yeah I had a look at them too, seems to be about £60 return to Fribourg from Basel Airport.

I've booked a flight from London City Airport to Basel then plan on getting a train down to Fribourg on the Friday in time for the Sochaux match. Has anyone found/could reccomend a place to stay there?

Lloyd James was shocking today. I thought Mills did pretty well and Martin was ok, looks like decent cover for next season. We were a different side second half when Lambert and Papa come on, but it was too little too late.

I acually went to watch Charlton yesterday as a mate of mine is a ST holder, and as he had a spare ticket and I couldn't get one for Yeovil I thought I'd go. Charlton battered Norwich from start to finish and if they'd had a decent goalscorer they would've won by a wide margin. From their remaining fixtures I'd say they have a good chance of beating Leeds, and probably Oldham too who should be all but safe from relegation and won't have a lot to play for.

I called up the ticket office on Monday to ask them and after giving them my ST number they told me I had one.

He's not been played a center forward though, which is what I was getting at with my original post. True, Lallana has been used as a backup option, but I'd much rather have him playing in his natural position where he has been more effective. In my opinion I'd rather have someone giving 100% for the team week in week out over Saga, which is so frustrating as he still potentially has a lot to offer.

Marek clearly doesn't want to be here and Lallana and Waigo aren't really out and out forwards. I'm personally sad to Paterson go and wish him all the best for the future.
