I think Morgan provides something different to Deano and Jack Cork in the middle, When he got injured by the skates some of our creativity went out the window, Deano and Jack Cork (especially) are very good ball winners and passers of the ball. The palace game was a physical battle in the middle of the park which suited them both, thats why we all said they had a good game, Against Reading at times we looked one dimensional and needed something different, thats what Morgan gives a touch of class maybe or he see's a pass that the other 2 doesnt. But hey what do i know, we still should have beaten the skates three times over and scored at least 3 times againts Reading. Still, lots to be positive about....It's a funny old game....!!

For me it's got to be Watford, absolutely boring as hell atmosphere this season, i didnt here one song all game. it's a nothing club IMO.

Super Steve Moran hatrick and Ian baird got the other. God we were good against a very poor city side with Kevin bond at the back. Steve Williams was a fantastic player for saints even tho his arrogance went against him. Danny Wallace would be worth a fortune these days. Funny hearing the city fans shouting Tina Tina at Shilts (you have to be old enough to remember)!!

Enjoyable day, easy journey in the, had a few beers in the odd fellows then onto the game. Kusach had a mare for the first goal and lamberts second was very good. Saints fans very vocal all game watfords fans were an embarrassment. Didn't hear one song from them. Great reaction from saints players in front of us when third goal went in. Overall pleasing day. One last thing, was loving the rave just before the game started ! Well done lads....sha la la
