Very interesting combination up front between Lambert playing slightly deeper and Guly using his immense pace over the last few paces to dispossess defenders who simply don't see him coming. As someone said earlier we now have virtually a full League 3 team on the bench. Think the challenge for a top place might still come from Sheff Wed now they heve got over the embarrassment of being in such a low league for such a massive club. Any chance we mght be playing Liverpool or Everton next season?

At last a mention of Don Corteose.Sadly it will be the Don who is judged at the end of the season. I saw nothing at Yeovil that suggested massive improvements. There were hundreds of throw-ins. One thing I did notice was that Adkins waves his arms around in a brilliant impression of George Burley.

Think FF has got it right. I too believe something catastophic went wrong in the summer leading to the destabiisation of the whole club. The players either knew about it or sensed it and now can't wait to get away. Afraid it all ends up at Don Corteose's door. However plausible he may seem when the chosen few have dinner with him the reality may be very different. What a disaster.

Noticed him try to clear a ball on his left side with his right foot. It looked incedibly clumsy and would have been spotted and pounced on by better opposition. He is too inexperienced to play every week so I expect to see Jaidi most of the time. He is a much better header of the ball than any of the others. At 3rd division level that skill is vital.

Think this may make Hammond the new Wotton. A huge improvement.
