I don’t to sound negative after the fantastic end of season, but last summer we knew exactly who was in charge of football operations. With the departure of Wilcox back in March, we had ample time to find a replacement and haven’t with the club preferring to promote within and use internal resources. So, who is in charge of transfers ? Is it a transfer committee like we used to have back in the day? Who does an agent contact at Saints to promote one of his players? Who decides to sell if we receive a big offer for one of our players? I have strictly no idea, if someone can clarify?
