So sometimes you have your last meal of the day before 3pm?!

I see your point. I suppose the hope is that we'd spend enough to make us reasonably competitive amongst the also-rans, although that will probably lead to mid-table and the odd cup run. The only reason I'd think that is we seem to have invested in more than we'd need to if we simply wanted to bounce between the Premier League and Championship, although probably a large part of that is more in hope than anything else!

Really? It seems to me that he was explaining how well we'd done before (8th) with little first team investment, so imagine how well we could do if we invested more than in the Lowe years. The Swansea example, in my mind, was to strengthen the point that a certain level is possible without significant buys for the first team, so with them why not hope to do better than a team like Swansea are currently? You're right that it's straightforward to understand that without spending on the first team squad you have no hope of success, but that isn't the point that's really being debated. If anything, the Staplewood upgrade shows how willing the regime is to spend where necessary. So why wouldn't the first team come under that category?

So you don't know either. You think he'll be disappointed, he thinks you'll be surprised.

Jos and Jose best centre back pairing in Championship?

He doesn't play for QPR. Guess again. -

Dobbie is a great player. -
In fairness, you did say that his signing was a 'big, big disappointment'. May not go so far as writing him off, but it's closer to that than supporting the fellow.

That poem is awful.

What do you mean common courtesy? There's no objective way to be courteous, certainly not when football is involved. They bought some merch, they cheered the team.
-
So a few young chaps with some homemade banners, which they've taken the time to make, wearing the beloved red & white, cheering one of our strikers, is worse than four middle aged men sat on their behinds moaning about Guly having no passion.

What's wrong with chinos?!

Aren't we a happy family!

Which primary school did you go to before you moved to London?

Old Boy

It won't though. Loaning a player for a fee is perfectly legal, and I'd expect we'd do it if we were in their situation.

He's ITK

The McMuffin eggs will often contain shells, they don't care as long as they're made quickly, really unhygienic. The other eggs, in the breakfast wrap etc come from a carton. Yum.

+1, ludicrous! Who is the author?

Additionally, how does one 'believe in coincidence'?

Not according to Big Sam and West Ham's dirty owner he isn't. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/west-ham/9098536/West-Ham-United-co-chairman-David-Sullivan-opens-up-on-the-club-he-supports-and-now-part-owns.html David Sullivan: "We did look at another striker, but decided he might not make it in the Premier League. He wanted to come. We could have had him for £1.75 million but Sam just thought he might not make the jump. I didn’t have an opinion to be honest. Let me tell you something, I believe in coincidence. Get this. Carlos Tévez. Born, 5 February. Cristiano Ronaldo. Born 5 February. Neymar. Born 5 February. All born on the same day as me. Jordan Rhodes, also born 5 February. And you know what, this other player that we didn’t sign, also born 5 February. When I saw the Huddersfield guy was the same date as me and the same date as those players, I thought it was written in the stars. Just incredible. An incredible coincidence, isn’t it?" Of course, he could be talking about a different striker available for that money who also shares Billy's birthday, but I doubt it.

The potential owners are optimistic in terms of how much cash they have to spend or how cheaply they can get the club?
