So now we've got the technical side done, can we now concentrate on making the look bearable again? Cant be that much work to change it to a different banner and perhaps ditch the very white background? Can we have poll to decide on a banner? This one hasnt exactly gone down well.

I'm sorry, but the banner is TERRIBLE. The font is wrong and the black and white is very dated, makes the whole site seem bland and boring. Of all the great designs that were submitted you choose that? Seriously, what were you thinking?! Options for a different background colour would have helped too. Can we get a poll to decide whether to change it?

Not true. Three and T-Mobiles combined there 3G/HSDPA signal masts about two years ago. T-Mobile and Orange have since merged into Everything Everywhere, so now T-Mobile, Orange and 3 will soon all be using the same signal masts. So in terms of 3G/HSPDA coverage, anyone of those networks will soon give you the exact same coverage, therefore if your choosing between those three networks, signal coverage should not be a factor.

Its a problem with the connector on the bottom of the iPhone. Its normally because moisture has erroded the connectors. Clean it with a soft bristled tooth brush. Normally this fixes the problem, if it still doesnt work you can disable the pop-up using Cydia, but its complicated and would stop you being able to play music through when dock.
