I stand corrected re the constitution - I was obviously misinformed. It does however, beg the question why they have not asked their members to vote on the current issues (i.e. no confidence in the SFC board/manager) so that they can speak for their members. They do not have a fully working bank account

It's worse than that. The set up does not allow the Trust to form an opinion on a 'Rupert out' type issue. There is no democratic process which would allow members to vote on such an issue. They haven't even been able to set up a bank account in such away they can pay their bills. It is a complete and utter waste of time.
