What u on about? I ain't forgotton that we had a lucky escape...I'm just praying the skates don't have a similar escape. I'll be there to p*ss on the rubble when they bulldoze Fratton Park

Just because a PLC is accountable to it's shareholders it doesn't stop an incompetent, halfwit board of directors destroying the company. An intelligent wealthy single owner is better than an incompetently run PLC. On the other hand a well run PLC would be preferable to a useless single owner (eg Mike Ashley)

Did they make the original Ted bates statue?

I'm not buying this illegality thing. In essence the Football League is a private members club. Whether we like it or not they can make up their rules as they go along.

I can see every reason why you would want to remain anonymous until it's sorted. Just check out the character assassinations of Marc Jackson on here over the last few weeks. If it all falls through he can go back to his normal business as if nothing happened (albeit £500k lighter in the pocket)

And you know that do you? Maybe you should get a job as an administrator. Mark fry must have seen something in the bid- otherwise they would have fallen at the first hurdle. He wouldnt have got this far on bull**** alone

I'm sure he has his reasons

If u had performed as badly as there ****s u would rate been sacked a long time ago

and who is this underwriter?

You are a fool then. How else do we learn from our mistakes if we don't rake over the past.

I must admit I'm a bit confused about the whole Save our saints thing. Surely, the whole point os administration is that the club/business are protected from creditors until either; 1. The club is sold as a going concern 2. It folds All bidders due diligence will be based on the accounts they have seen, so the money raised should make no difference to their bid for the club. So what will the money raised be used for? If it is used to pay off creditors, then all we will be doing is improving the balance sheet for any consortium who may buy us out. A freebie in effect. I would like to know where my money is going before I donate to any SOS fund

You are deluded. If the fans had boycotted en-masse when Lowe returned the second time round the directors would have had no choice but to remove Lowe from the Board (they have a legal duty to the shareholders to do what is best for the business). This thread is about informing any consortium, that if they include Lowe in their plans they will be forfeitting significant amounts of gate receipts. We CAN make a difference I have missed few home games in the last 24 years, but I will not set foot in the stadium if Rupert returns. I will support the team at away games only. If someone tells me to f**k off, or accuses me of not being a fan I would love them to do it to my face

We should never forget what that **** has done to our club.

Would not suprise me in the slightest. Away games only for me if it happens

Meeting Thurs 23rd with Trust, SISA, Saveoursaints, 2 MPs, LM and MC

Caring is'nt enough. Just coz a person cares doesnt make him a good leader of a plc/club/trust. I believe rupert 'cared'. He was just so misguided and arrogant he murdered our club. NI 'cares' but his leadership has left the trust in a **** state -
Petition to get the players to donate a weeks wages

The only thing those f*ckers are concerned about is picking up their pay, getting relegated, and picking up their 10% when they are sold in the Summer. Wouldn't surprise me if the majority have their agents out looking for new clubs as we speak. -
We HAVE to fill the ground for Burnley
saintgert76 replied to Legod Third Coming's topic in The Saints
Utter tosh. Potential investors will put their business plan together based on historic gates, i.e. circa 15k if we are struggling in the Championship and probably 3-4k less when we drop down a league. No-one in their right mind would be swayed by a couple of games towards the end of the season when the armchair fans can be bothered to get off their *rses -
I felt the same before the match - it almost felt like a new beginning, a fresh start - I was the most confident I had been in ages. but the team quickly brought me back down to earth. Rather than 'fans' slagging off their own for leaving early, they should be directing their abuse at the team for not turning up at all.
-
My brother was one who left early and I was very tempted. THE TEAM DO NOT DESERVE OUR SUPPORT WHEN THEY PLAY WITH SUCH A LACK OF SKILL, PASSION AND COMMITTMENT. We have both been regulars for 25 years+ and have barely left early in that time. This was the straw that broke the camels back for my brother. The real retards are the d*cks who applaud absolute sh*te after the game. WHEN ANY TEAM PLAYS THE WAY THEY DID THEY DESERVE AN ABSOLUTE SLATING

Or NU sell the ground to developers and we go bust a la Aldershot
