Hopefully ..... .... It just means the PST has to find £13.5M pronto to pay Chinny off on top of the £0.5M for the CVA. Then come to some agreement to pay back the remaining £5M in secured debt. Probably by charging a crippling amount in rent per season. That would be cool.

There are financial implications for all other league one clubs .... the football league seems happy ... but Birch couldn't have given them assurances if he uses a statement like "if the club fails to fulfil its fixtures next season” Do the other league one clubs even know what ****e poopey are in? (if not, can somebody tell them please!)

I'm assuming that if poopey go under after the football fixtures are announced, then the other 23 league 1 clubs would be entitled to compensation? After all, they would lose a Saturdays income (hefty even for league one) So who would pay that? Football league or PKF (if they gave assurances fixtures could be met)?

When are all these lucky Portsmouth residents due to pay the additional £900?

Too many people on here have thanked HMRC for pompeys woes. When in fact past and future credit (coz they wont be able to compete with league one and two playing budgets) should go to ..... Without this guy, wage caps would still be in place. All hail Jimmy!

I asked .... How will our 2012/13 playing budget compare to other league one clubs? Reply ... Jordan: Hopefully it will be on a par with the average. So we never find ourselves back in the mess we have done again. Seeing as most 'average' league one clubs punch above their weight, that's more debt to look forward too for Pompey. Got a gut feeling the Portsmouth trust haven't really done the maths and are perhaps banking on unrealistic crowd figures for the years of lower league football to come. Or they are banking on a rich owner again who will be happy to cover losses. Football finances in this country are in a bit of a state. Sad really.

They must have a few attractions surely?
