  1. It will be brushed under the carpet. And Leeds, Luton, Bournemouth and Rotherham fans will never know or get to see it.
  2. Time for HMRC to do her job. If liquidation secures more money for the treasury than the cva, then I would hope they object.
  3. some interesting tweets and a thread on the conference forums. likely to be rubbish, but I enjoy reading them
  4. Thing is, we own that now. Sorry Poopey fans, but it's true. Watching the Kanu goal on you tube in years to come, who will smiling more? Us or them?
  5. They've awarded themselves the 10 points back by the way http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/squad/first-team.aspx
  6. Hopefully ..... .... It just means the PST has to find £13.5M pronto to pay Chinny off on top of the £0.5M for the CVA. Then come to some agreement to pay back the remaining £5M in secured debt. Probably by charging a crippling amount in rent per season. That would be cool.
  7. Next Tuesday, 17th July, 2.15pm. edit ... bugger .... date taken 18th then!
  8. lol ! Ceefax has gone very high tech now on digital. Footie news from all regions. It's like a very slow laptop .... for old people .... like me .....
  9. Plus investment at Leeds http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18644182 New ground for Brentford http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18642637 Lots of investment reading ceefax! None for Portsmouth. Pleased for Port Vale
  10. Nice to know other fans hold our fishy friends in the same high regard as we do http://www.griffinpark.org/forums/showthread.php?t=77982&page=19
  11. This is what I don't understand .... There are financial implications for all other league one clubs .... the football league seems happy ... but Birch couldn't have given them assurances if he uses a statement like "if the club fails to fulfil its fixtures next season” Do the other league one clubs even know what ****e poopey are in? (if not, can somebody tell them please!)
  12. They've just announced season tick prices http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Season-Ticket-Prices-Slashed-3453.aspx “Until we have more clarity on the club’s long-term future, all the money from season tickets will be ring-fenced and released as games are played, so that funds are protected if the club fails to fulfil its fixtures next season.”
  13. I'm assuming that if poopey go under after the football fixtures are announced, then the other 23 league 1 clubs would be entitled to compensation? After all, they would lose a Saturdays income (hefty even for league one) So who would pay that? Football league or PKF (if they gave assurances fixtures could be met)?
  14. When are all these lucky Portsmouth residents due to pay the additional £900?
