Morgam was my MOM today his passing was intelligent and he ran the show in midfield. There was one pass he played through the Palace defence which took out three or four of them - sublime. Showed real Premiership quality today (which we have seen in flashes) and was a class above. Best shout I heard today from the moaning bloke behind: "Come on Guly - apart from scoring two goals, you've done nothing". Maybe someone needs to teach him the basics of football.

I'd put Steve Gibson, the Bristol City bloke and Dave Whelan up there with the good ones

I could only listen on BBC Wiltshire (don't ask) and we were so good that the commentary team sounded like saints fans in the 1st half!

Does the 1/2 mean we're getting Lee Todd back?

Great potential for them, great price for us. I know which I'd rather have. Hope he does well, hope we do better.

I thought he had a fairly solid game and showed a lot of potential. I'm not sure loaning him out to play at a lower level will help and he'll probably develop more effectively by playing with the likes of Fonte and Jaidi next to him.

I've never really thought your opinion of a chairman should influence your decision to buy a season ticket, I'd generally go more for team, affordability & whether or not you can get to enough games to make it worth your while. On the original post, you might as well have put a picture of a massive wooden next to it. What's the point in dredging up issues from the past (most of which have been resolved), especially when you say it's only recently you've begun to change your opinion about him. When challenged about your attitude towards Cortese, you say that you're only garnering opinion but in you're opening thread you said that "a line needs to be drawn somewhere" So are you truly trying to find out people's opinions of Cortese or are you trying to encourage people to say where the line needs to be drawn? If you really are (as you say) trying to get an impression of what people think of the chairman, why have you only included the percieved negatives about him in your opening thread and omitted the positives?

Have they seen Simon Cox run?!

it's a bit odd to see their new director might not be able to fully commit to the job because of his school work!

Didn't Colin Clarke end up at the wrong end of the M27?

Why not Guly? -
Thank you Mrs Thatcher

It's true. I tripped over 12 goblins on the way to getting mine. You can tell there's no work for 'em now Harry Potter's done and dusted

If you do find yourself in the 60-65 bracket, here's a tip: Go to your local college and enrol on a course. Then go to the NUS office and pick up a card. Then go back up to the enrolment office and cancel your course and get your money back. You now have your concession rate back again for 15 mins effort (if you can be bothered)

really pleased he's signed, but how shiny is NA's face?!

Let's take it easy for a season. Have a look around, enjoy the company, hammer the skates (home and away) and then tear this league a new one the season after. It would be rude to go straight up (but would love it if we did).

I thought Kevin Miller would be awful and... -
I reckon McFadden's a great shout

but if you put dickson or harding against Dyer they would be skinned every time. Bridge could still do a job at somewhere like Swansea/QPR/Norwich - Harding and Dickson wouldn't get a look in
