Before they scored they had 75% possession 3 shots etc Think Ralph is out of his depth in this league tbh.

I could be wrong as I have forgotten already but hasn't JWP been playing more as a defender in recent games?

That defending...

Saw this the other day https://www.theyworkforyou.com/mp/11971/jo_swinson/east_dunbartonshire/votes She has a really interesting voting record. Voted to use the military Voted for that bedroom tax and lower housing benefit Against raising benefits especially those disabled Voted for reduction of welfare payments Against creating jobs for younger people Voted to increase taxes and vat Against mansion tax Against raising corp tax and wanted to lower it For high speed rail Against private people not being able to use NHS For raising tuition fees For ending financial help to 16-19 year olds struggling in higher education Against stricter asylum rules For selling state owned forests Against low carbon emissions incentives Against fracking greater regulation Against slowing the rate at rail fares are increasing Against measures on climate change For killing badgers Against anti terror laws Seems a bit of a ***** tbh -
jwp has been **** this season, needs dropping for a few games.
-
Personally I think the standard of the players we have is the real issue and has been for a long time now. The **** that Reed left us with is going to take a few more windows to change. However if we woke up the next day to a statement saying Ralph had been sacked would any of us really be that surprised? His results haven't exactly been amazing have they? 2 wins from the last 12 PL games.
-
10 points from the last 36 on offer. Needs to ditch the back 5 and jwp.
-
He has to get todays game right. No excuses.
-
You just know one of ours will get sent off now. Probably jwp
-
Total non entity attacking wise so far
-
The commentator mentioned that. When they have the ball we don't close them down or try and tackle them. Soon as we get the ball there are two players in our players face forcing a mistake. We have shown them far too much respect and playing ultra defensive football is great if you can keep them out. But from the first minute that never looked the case. We need bodies forwards. Austin was a LB at one point....
-
I think this is the worst first half performance under Ralph. Just a total non entity. Look like lost sheep. Boos at HT.
-
Get in there!! Doesn't matter how they go in just that they go in!! Please don't go ultra defensive now.
-
Both teams look really **** tbh
-
6 defensive outfield players at home to Fulham....
-
We have strikers?!
-
Because the club wanted to trim the squad and get high earners off the books? You really are a thick ****.
-
And there it is. Predictable and it gets. This is like that Burnley game.
-
What a dire first half of football.
-
Are we still stronger than we were on the 1st of January then Cabbage?
-
No that isn't what I said or implied....Stop writing your own assumptions. We need a clear out. The point is when we are one place above the drop zone in January with nobody (so far) coming in is that the right time? Sending people out on loan doesn't benefit us right now.
-
Hardly fair on Gabbi as he didn't get much of a chance. He saved us last year remember. Cedric has had a bit of a mare but frankly up until Ralph took over everyone had. By that logic we should ditch Mo, Long, Bertrand etc too as they have either been **** or injured. See if there are some more kids about. We are one place above the drop zone. We are not there because Cedric, Gabbi, Hoedt, Davis etc have been crap. We are there because as a whole squad we haven't been good enough for a long time. If Ings gets an injury do you think Austin and Long will get the goals we need? Or Gallagher and Obafemi? Defence wise I think we have only one clean sheet since October including Ralphs games? As I said with nothing lined up I don't think sending those players out on loan makes us stronger. Unexperienced players learning their trade at the top level is a risk. We should know more than most putting too many kids into a team with little experience is a risk that doesn't always pay off. If they however are an unsettling influence on the other players it is the right move. You can see the togetherness the players have which we seriously lacked under our last few managers. If one of the reasons for that is because those who are gone were kept away than that is a good thing.
-
Personally I think Cedric should of stayed. I think we can all agree that the squad needed a cull. Too many players who just were not good enough. But whilst we are 3 points from the drop zone having them all go with nobody lined up is madness. If Reed was still here and we had the window we have had he would be slated for it. Just because he isn't here anymore shouldn't be any different. Right now our outfield players with a lot of experience at this level are Romeu, Lemina, Ings, Bertrand, Austin, Long, Redmond, JWP, Hoj, Yoshi and Stephens. I am all for giving the kids a chance as how do you know if they are good enough if they don't play? I don't see the benefit of getting rid of Cedric and Gabbi with nobody lined up. This window is huge for us and the team cull should happen in the summer. Sending people out on loan and saying we will rely on the kids is very commendable. But it makes a weak squad even weaker imo.

That first goal was awesome. Cracking game now.

They look really awful so far. Could find themselves in the bottom half by end of today. This one could be 5 or 6 to Wolves.
