We're all going on a European tour, a European tour, a European tour

My Swansea mate assures me Dyer is being sold today for £460k. They have not paid a fee for the loan and so can be recalled - getting around FA regulations is a tick box exercise. That is why the murmerings of a recall, to simply push through the sale. Who would have thought it - Dyer the saviour

TIP ONE: go put a couple of grand on us to be relegated at 10/11 and enjoy the money - only value of 'inside info' is too get one over on the bookies. TIP TWO: Put your money before telling the world

I do not understand why Dowie keeps getting jobs - he has been sacked 3 times, and twice in this league. Holloway is another, the Leicester team he took down was far better on paper than ours this time around. Curbishley would be top of the wish list but would not come, nor could we afford his wages. Joe Royle would do a job, plenty of experience, good contacts for loans etc. Gary Waddock would be at the other end of the spectrum, young, potential, promotion with Aldershot. Stuart Pearce is at least used to managing/coaching 19/20 year olds, and we all know how much Rupert loves the FA (Eng U21 part time)

Goodbye Jan, thanks for trying. **** off Lowe Spuds bottom of the league only glimmer of light

I watched Man City on boxing day when back in the UK, flicking through the prog they gave the away support for Portsmouth as 500 - for a Premier League Game in September!
-
Council own Aldershot's ground, always have done, it is a public park on non-matchdays!

I work for Aviva and remember the outcry amongst employees and shareholders when we wrote off c£6m when Marcus Evans boght Ipswich, were communicated internally that it made economic long term sense and would do it again if required. Of course Aviva having a Norwich base and 14,000 employees in Canaryland did not help.

Dean Windass, although never thought in a million years it would come to this quoting league 2 players and 35+ years old 'honest pros' who could do a job for us. -
Robertson looked like a sunday league player - knackered after 30mins Team is far too lightweight - Turf Moor will be the final nail in the coffin of any lingering fight or confidence.

Anyone with any physical presence or fight. Such a long time since we had a real leader on the pitch in the Monkou, Ruddock, Case, Van Gobbel, Benali mould .... the good old dell days of the 90's. Probably would'nt last 10 mins with todays refferees but would at least have the old sleeves rolled up tonight.

I'm not a stats man but reckon teams have us sussed out. We simply can't mix it when the games gets physical, no real ball winner in midfield, two lightweight full backs, no aerial prescence at the back, little physical threat up front. Solution when playing up - Hoof the ball, get the wingers one on one with full backs and put the boot in.

Will never forget the quote on Sky after pompey game, "someone within this club when I arrived told me I had no change of keeping this club up" Nice to know nothing to do with him or his stupid 'lucky' Bulldog tie then.
