I fail to understand some of the support that he is getting on here. I think we nearly all agree that he is not good enough to play for our first team. That said he is no longer going to be in squad for this season. How a player not deemed up to required standard is then said to be frozen out by the club baffles me. If said player is up to it he is wanted if not then he is let go. I understand him and also FF wanting to stick with us as they are on such good contracts though undeserved. But his overall mannerisms are those that unless of similar ilk the majority of us dislike. To close. If he aint good enough to be in the squad he won't be included. That doesn't mean he is being frozen out in my book. It simply means he will collect his money for doing very little to earn it.

i have never understood the reasoning for giving him such a good contract. Even at his best he wasn't worth that much.

RB has been injured and also lost his England place. He may have had a temporary blip due to both of these facts but, h e is by far our best defender and I can see Ralph helping Ryan regain his England spot.

Trouble is they did not say what next level

Hoj has always played to the maximum. Even on bad days he will try his best for the team. Ryan is a quality act. Once he is fit and back in the team I would give Hoj the armband every time before him. I have toyed with the possibility of playing Ryan in front of Matt so they could possibly work together in the way Matt did with Sessegnon for Fulham

Beggars the question of where is the pilot?. Once formalities are over at least Salas' family will have chance of closure. R.I.P Emiliano.

I believe he became disillusioned with us through the last two managers poor team organisation and him being dropped by England. I have never doubted his quality or endeavor and look forward to his returning to the 1st team. For what it is worth I prefer him to Rose and Shaw with Chilwell nearing recognition as a possible England regular. As for the colour of their skin, it matters not a jot to me. If a player wears our strip all I ask is that they give their all.

I can go with that. Though maybe as he will only be a bit part player for now Ralph thought he should stay on to give others a rest. A high pressing game is extremely tiring and Ralph may have wanted to see how he was after a full 90 minutes.

The two ex england strikers didn't have the images that we saw later. from the angles that were shown one showed Crouch holding but not to the degree that we were later able to see.

I am disappointed that no players came in but am happy that we managed to rid ourselves of some expensive fringe players. I think we should allow Forster to leave on a free so he can then find a club somewhere that will give him a signing up fee to top up his wages. I still have faith in our ability to survive before starting to rebuild in the summer.

For me the fact we are now working together a a team is much more important for now. I reckon we can get the points needed to escape the drop and that right now is enough. Let Ralph work his magic in the summer break and then we can see more of what we are going to get.

If there is one thing that really annoys me it is the regular negative posts from a certain few on here regarding our club. The general consensus appears to be of approval with how RH is doing. In which case perhaps we can allow him to decide the way forward for our team.

surely if we really wanted Adams it wouldn't be that hard to arrange a player plus cash swap with one of our lesser lights going there.

If I was in his shoes and had been well paid for a few years there is no way I would have used a plane like that to fly back to Cardiff. Before you ask as ex military yes I have flown in a variety of planes and helicopters. I would never fly in a single engined plane from choice.

Gallagher did absolutely nothing to build my hope for his future as a Saint. Ramsay did look good at times but showed his inexperience.
