By far the biggest problem are the wannabe mods, we all know who they are... Trolls and WUMS are inevitable and can even add life to the site, except there are always suckers who take them far too seriously and the thread gets totally derailed. An area where mods can do more is when a decent thread degenerates into a private slanging match between a couple of drama queens, tell 'em to take it outside!
