Whoever it is is either always too far forward or to far back supporting - if too far back then one of either DM isnt doing their job properly as they have gone missing! if too far forward that means that one of our DM isnt doing their job properly AGAIN as they are pushing the 'hole' man forward too much! We need a constant 2 DM to form a partnership (definately Gillett & Spiderman when both fit) so they know who is to push on slightly and who is going to sit and protect. This is where my point about right midfield and Lallana comes in and i defend Lloyd James. Lallana or any of our many RM have not been in the correct position as everytime Lloyd James gets the ball he either: 1. Goes inside to CM or CB 2. Goes high down the line for Striker like McGoldrick - this then leaves us with no one in the middle to attack any proposed cross! Where has the RM gone??? Drifted inside somewhere??? We need to give Gasmi a go who is a natural winger and will keep his position! if this fails then formation has to change! SIMPLE (Too simple for Poortvliet)

Total prat = he lets mcgoldrick do what he wants and lets him get away with it. he needs a hard kick up the a** and put in his place as his attitude stinks and has a total lack of respect for the team! Lallana wouldnt be as much a miss as i thought he would be as he does have just the skills but nothing to back it up.
