I reckon the Rose Bowl would be a dead cert for one of those Test Matches. Incidently there were loads of ****stan fans at the One Dayer at the Rose Bowl the season before last.I reckon every day would sell out easy.

The ACB are letting some players go to the IPL which means they would miss Aussie Boot Camp and Hampshire are confident we could do the same.
-
lol !!
-
Apparently Hampshire are confident of getting North for the beginning of the season. If not we are hoping to get Stuart Clark back !
-
LOL !! Any of those would be good.

Our new signing 61 n.o. on his test debut (Im watching at the mo).Looks like we wont be seeing him then. Also Tahir about to qualify for the South Africa team....

Just more fan pandering from Scouse Mike. Anyone remember the "I would love to stand in The Northam with the real fans" ? Hang on you know we are not allowed to stand ...right ?. Mind you seems very popular at the moment. Mary Corbetts road sitting with the kids stunt being a particularly good example.

Congratulations to the Trust. They have unified the fans...............in condemnation of this nauseatingly crackpot idea. Whatever your viewpoint this club is going through a precarious time and all they are interested is thier Uberfan on the board idea.Presumably one of them has been humoured by one of our MPs recently so they thrown that into the mix as well. Stick to the quiz nights boys.

As I said it didnt last time. I would suspect winning a few games will bring the (fairweather)fans back.
-
More air-headed nonsense. Gates stayed pretty much the same last time he left. It is utter rubbish to suggest that there is any amount of boycotters. There are a few that say they are "boycotting" but when you push them generally they say they cant afford it or preferred when we were in the Premier. Which makes them fairweather supporters of course...............
-
Blatently it was timed later so there would be more fans walking down to the ground (to actually go to the game) and make look like there more marchers.I think the fact that there were no more marchers than last time shows how most thinking fans are wising up to thier agenda.
-
You are not wrong. Some of our "fans" are so bloody precious. Hes now getting stick for only praising the fans in the stadium ! If I were him Im not sure I would be bigging up the road sitters.
-
Of course there was more near the stadium it was fans going to the match. That was a poor turn-out.No more than last time (400 ? Im being generous) couple that with the superb weather and the cynically timed late start of the walk. I think the brilliant support in the stadium was more of a popular statement. The fans wanted to prove they could get behind the team and had enough of the petty politics and attention seeking from the protest clique.

Upstairs At Erics was brilliant. Painted Wagon till about 10 then over the Coach Station to get a coach down there and then there was some random coach back from Bournemouth at about 3 in the morning.

A large part of the Northern End will be closed next season as building work on the ground redevelopment is started. The area behind the seats that end will become a building site. The seats will only be open for 20/20 matches. Good to see the work is going ahead in the current economic climate.

I dont know who you are and Im not sure I have even read one of your posts.Whereas (although he talks ********) I know who Um is.

Pathetic stalker.

Totally agree. If there was another war I wouldnt want half the bed-wetters that post on here sat in the trenches with me. I also get the feeling that there are also some on here that are starting to enjoy the protest ******** as well. They seem to be getting a kick on how to protest next and also revelling in the attention they are getting too.
