football related how?

Exactly what my Grandfather said the other day. When he started watching saints they were in the 3rd division and were getting crowds of 14,000. We will always have that hardcore and that was why the Dell was financially viable. The others are more football fans than Southampton fans, coming to watch a good game of football rather than support a club they love. Obviously they are not coming as the football is ****e!

Saw him earlier. When i went to get tickets for tomorrows game, he was outside the entrance doing an interview for someone, probably saintstv. Could this have been what it was about?

Where did i say that they had to read it. I said passed on by word of mouth. This increases speculation and other names could be thrown in to the fold (like whats happened here) and that person could be put off.

I agree fully with alpine. This is nothing to do with football at all, it's a business decision and in business speculation can put potential buyers/investors off. So if it breaks out on a forum that someone is going to buy a business and that is spread by word of mouth, the interested party could well be put off. Has happened plenty of times in the city.

Jog on, why should i give away my money to the club? Granted i havn't worked for it, but still it would be an absloute waste of money. Football is not everything.

I got a regen CF come through the youth system. He is 8'1 tall and his stats are the best in the game.

I know loads of very wealthy saints fans, they don't want to waste their hard earned money though buy the club. **** even i could stick £1000 in to get in the programme, but really can't be arsed. I have better things to spend that money on.

Just watched the first episode of the new series, and have to say it looks like this series is going to be ******* brilliant like the last. IMO up there with Spooks as the best tv programme.
