I agree, its a little early to get too excited about all this, but lets be clear this is the most positive news we could have had at this time. I think what is also a very key factor is that the guy/gal has paid 500 grand deposit for an exclusivity deal, in the current climate who on earth would do that without being willing to follow it through? That being said there are no guarantee's in life and none of us should jump the gun, but you can only say that at this stage this looks promising for the future of OUR (the fans) club.

Guy's Mr Nice has a valid concern (he is also entitled to his opinion), although he is now looking for a rise, and some of you are now giving him it.
