Taxi for Guly- Up north as far as possible
Alright Dave replied to Saints Warrior's topic in The Saints
Don't post much, but this is really ****ing me off now! Guly despite being far from the best player in the world, is far from our worst! Today he was on the pitch barely 15 mins, and didn't do anything either positive or negative! I do agree he was the wrong choice of sub, but then that's hardly his fault, rather Nigel's! As others have mentioned, if we actually look at the 8 goals we have so far conceded, we can unanimously blame 3 players Fonte, Davis and Fox! Now i am not personally bashing any of them, but if we are going to be critical, then we may as well pick those who actually made clear mistakes that led to goals we conceded (And before the Wums confirm, yes Clyne slipped today, but since its a first offence i am letting him off). Lets hope that Yoshida will come in and improve on Fonte (who has not been awful, but lacks 90mins concentration and subsequently goals), but what concerns me even more is left back and and goalkeeper, though were we have 2 great prospects, the general opinion is they are not quite ready for the Premiership big time! Couple of loans perhaps? On the positive side, there is much to look forward too! So chin up lads, more performances like that and we'll do enough to stay up, which in the grand scheme is the most important thing this year! COYR's! -
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19159779 This is surely sloppy journalism! They surely can't play trialists in a competitive match can they?

I know his Brother in law and sister and it is for sure Chris Nutbeam

Huge 6ft 7in and 24 years old. Schooled in the Newcastle academy, had a full season in goal on loan at Norwich and two full seasons on loan at Celtic, all of which he has been the No.1. Not seen a great deal of him, but what i have seen he's been very solid and a good one to challenge Kelvin immediately.

Agreed, also fancy Naismith! Both apparently have release clauses for under 2m a piece and massive bargains! That said will be some competition at those prices! -

Totally agree! He had a bit or a mare on Monday, but he has done well in more than one other game! Clearly has talent, leadership skills, and last but not least is still a very young lad and deserves a bit of slack!

Here's the updates from his evidence today! So he didn't even want HSBC in Monaco, despite banking with them in the UK! Meanwhile...back in court dear Ol Arry's doing his best to ensure Daniel Levy carts him off in a white straightjacket..... Redknapp "That wasn't part of my life that bank account. Yes indeed! but proves our point correct, that he was Banking with HSBC in the UK. Despite his comments that he didn't even want to bank with HSBC he wanted Barclays or Lloyds in reference to the Rosie 47 account in Monaco. Or have i totally missed something hear?

Nope afraid me and Tony are correct. Below extracts from James Pearces Twitter commentary. Pearcesport James Pearce Hills said his surprise at not knowing about Rosie47 was even greater because he worked for HSBC. Rosie47 was held in HSBC Monaco 26 Jan James Pearce Pearcesport James Pearce Hills said at one stage he'd requested details of Redknapp's assets and liabilities, and Redknapp hadn't mentioned Rosie47 at the time 26 Jan James Pearce Pearcesport James Pearce Hills said he would have expected to have been told much earlier about Monaco account 26 Jan James Pearce Pearcesport James Pearce Hills told the Court that Redknapp didn't tell him about the Monaco account until 2008 - nearly 6 years after it was opened 26 Jan James Pearce Pearcesport James Pearce Jury's been hearing from Alan Hills at HSBC private banking in UK. Hang on but isn't his UK bank account also HSBC? Wasn't his accountant (who works for HSBC), the one that was going on in court about how it was so strange he did not know about the Rosie account, as it was also HSBC! lol

Standouts are Bradley Johnson (would be a great signing, but unlikely) and Neil Kilkenny. Patrick Kisnorbo (not sure on fitness these days) but a big solid lump at the back, Ivan Sproule (bit of pace of the bench).

or is it? http://www.thisiss****horpe.co.uk/sport/Nigel-Adkins-signed-Southampton/article-2625069-detail/article.html Filter has replaced the c u n t with **** so you'll need to correct the link.
-
Why would he have to resign? I would suspect more likely we would have to make an offer to S****horpe for his services, which could have been done and agreed already.
-
Agree and it was a 4 man attack by the way, you left out Paul Rideout! I was at both those games and that team was bloody brilliant!
