I can understand having membership in the Premier League when tickets are harder to get, but in the CCC with a club floundering with 50% occupency it's pointless. The only reason to throw £20 down the drain on a membership is if the club is looking like promotion at Christmas time. That way you'll get your play-off tickets no worries.

You've got to be a muppet to be a member imo. £20 for a plastic card that get's a ticket a week early. Yeah that sounds like a really good use of £20.

That being the case then surely Lowe should resign as he's a liability.

The reason Redknapp left Pompey was because Mandaric undermined him by sacking Jim Smith and appointing a DOF. Lowe knew this and therefore Lowe did exactly the same thing appointed Clive Woodward. I would also add to point 2. that the dwindling attendances this season are IMO linked to Perasons removal among other factors. Therefore the zero cost saving is not true. Pearsons removal has cost this club thousands!

Lowe won't buy the club post admin because he's not the largest creditor and therefore won't able to do "a Ken Bates" and buy us on the cheap. Barclays/Norwich Union call the shots and will demand the most they can recoup back. This scenario rules out Lowe and Wilde, but possibly rules in Leon Crouch and friends....

Anyone who buys into the removal of Pearson as financial prudence is gullible to say the least. All that move was about was Lowe's ego not be able to stomach having a manager he didn't pick. As for administration then i would suggest sub 15,000 gates are a sure fire way of accelerating the process. It is Lowe's decisions this season that have resulted in fans staying away in their droves. "Total Football" is just another gimmick from the masters of spin. Do you remember Wilde's "Football First" gimmick? The reality is that Lowe and Wilde are hanging onto their investments for dear life by asset stripping the squad down to it's bare bones. This will result in relegation and administration. If only we'd taken the SISU offer. The refusal to accept this offer was sheer incompetence.
