Apart from when Forster did exactly that in yesterday's game. I think he's nervous, hasn't quite settled in. Doesn't command his area like a keeper of his height should, fumbled a few crosses and a shot in his games so far. BUT we've only conceded 5 goals so I guess you can't moan... however he is the one slight question mark for me so far.

Davis Clyne Fonte Lovren Shaw Cork Morgan Davis Lallana Rodriguez Lambert MP must be tempted with starting Gaston but I think with Chelsea's midfield, he may have to wait another league game before he gets a start. Davis and Rodriguez's workrate will be vital to helping the full backs out with Hazard and whoever else he picks .Lambert wouldn't even get a look in if we had another fit, able striker, he needs a rest, but Terry and Cahill will need occupying... I genuinely would have liked Guly available for this one so Jay-R could play up top.

Get Lambert off, too slow. Everton letting Cork, Ward-Prowse and Davis have the ball, we are lacking creativity. Ramirez and Gallagher on for me.

When JWP and Ramirez were stood over a free kick in the second half, it was quite clear Rickie said, "**** off Gaston" as it was becoming clear he was going to take it. It went straight to the keeper..

It's a deliberate tactic to give us a breather from our high pressing game. Keep the ball and use less energy. Defensive tactic too - we have the ball, they can't score. Also allows us to try and control the tempo and direction of the match.

I don't think he speaks English to the players, has this been confirmed anywhere? You look at him in the press conferences, he doesn't understand a single word of any of the questions asked. You'd think if he spoke this perfect English he would at least recognise some of the questions.

I agree with that and Adkins said as much in his post match interview but didn't single Davis out. There was a moment in the first half when he robbed someone of the ball and JRod was on his bike on the outside of their narrow back like and a good pass would have put him in, he went backwards. Happened a couple of times. I can see the benefits of playing the experienced midfielder away at Chelsea but JWP would be more willing to get his foot in like Cork and attempt a pass like Morgan. If Adkins chooses to play three in the middle at Old Trafford I'd like it to be JWP who slots in, but then again United would be the one team away from home that he might choose to attack, given their dodgy defensive record!

We dictated possession for long parts of the game and Boruc was a part of that, his short distribution was excellent. Long kicking was average, first 10 minutes were comical. Looked ok afterwards, be interesting to see how he plays against Chelsea when he may get a bit more work.

Reckon Adkins might rotate in this game, maybe some fresh legs in midfield, either Davis or JWP. I would start Lambert but think Rodriguez could start up front with Ramirez. Clyne to come in too. I would like to see Ramirez, Clyne and Boruc come in and any rotation can come in the FA Cup on Saturday.

The last 30 minutes was the final nail in Davis' coffin. His save off of Crouch's header was absolutely farcical what the hell was he doing parrying it in to the goal area he could have stood there and caught the thing. Surely it's time for the keeper we have who was one of the highest rated in the world only two or three years ago and give him the time the other two have been given.

I realise that hence the way I worded my original post. But the principles are there in that if a player is out injured, the fans are the first to know. Honesty and communication with supporters is a key part of that particular football club. It's a different view to consider, one I would prefer this club to use regarding injuries.

Change the keeper for the last time this season and bring in Boruc. Think we'll win 3-0.
