So who is going to buy Saints. Here's my starting line-up: 1. Anthony Saltz and Gavyn Davies 2. Jonathon Fulthorpe and John Cousins 3. Leon Crouch 4. Andrew Strode-Gibbons 5. David Frost 6. Dan Williams 7. John Misselbrook

I don't know why Morph feels the need to use this forum to tell the world that he's PM'd and subsequently emailed you with an update. I can only assume that Anthony Salz and Gavyn Davies want us all to know that they are in the market. Perhaps you can comment on this Duncan?
-
Not sure if anyone else has said this but I'd like to thank Duncan for letting us have the (sad) news ahead of anyone else and for doing it in a sensible and straightforward way.
-
That's it then. Sad but inevitable. Let's hope out of the ashes, we get a club with no Lowe or Wilde in the picture.
-
I shouldn't bother Tris - you're flogging a dead horse. When we go down, as we will, it will be because Poortvliet and Wotte were unlucky and the officials were against us. As for Lowe, not even Peter Kenyon could do better.
-
Easy - here are my favourite three: 1. He promises that the fans parliament will NOT lead to a fan on the Board. 2. He has more User Names on here than Stanley. 3. He writes his own posts and uses good grammar and correct spelling and is always positive about himself.

Just got home from watching Saints Ladies flatten Riverside 2 - 0. Can't believe people are still wittering on about this. I suppose I should feel sorry that this seems to be the high point of their whole weekend.
-
Isn't midday to 5pm like 5 hours? Doesn't Saturday last for 24 hours?
-
That will be Nick Illingsworth I imagine since it's Saints related.

Was Lowe a lot closer to being right than we give him credit for?

Apologies for not seeing this earlier but it's post of the week imo. Thanks Daren -
Yes that has to be him too. :smt048
-
He doesn't seem to do COYR anymore.
-
Matty, on the subject of food - is it true that you're over 40 live with your Mum and have fish fingers for tea or was OB having us on?
-
This all seems very paranoid to me. I'm sure MOST of us want Lowe out. I certainly don't think that the people running this site have any agenda - other than trying to prevent it becoming like a kids playground, for which they should be applauded.
-
Absolutely, Scouse Mike (or does he prefer to be called SB nowadays?) is just a spin merchant, nothing more nothing less. His broken promises have put this club on it's knees. It's just a pity he didn't stay supporting Liverpool.
-
How many skills do you need to work in a burger bar then?
-
Clearly you couldn't have two people like that in the same room though. Rupert and Nigel I mean. Obviously the lesser person had to go.
-
Keep meaning to ask and the above reminded me: Have you got your second star at MacDonalds yet Tris?
-
And how do you know that Crouch would or wouldn't have done those things. I somehow doubt that he told you himself. You say 'we don't ever learn' ; some people are happy to judge others without even listening to what they have to say. That's OK though I suppose?
-
I meant 'find' of course
-
Only a **** would try to take advantage of good working people being thrown on to the scrap heap. I'm sure jonah wouldn't stoop to that. Good luck to the guys, I hope they all fond work elsewhere asap.
-
I wonder why we don't here much from Scouse Mike on here nowadays? HMRC may be deterring him form entering the country but he must have internet access in his tax haven. Has he gone the same way as Help Me Rhonda and Dan Williams?
-
Just noticed this: I'm not really into listening to horses, but if true it make Rupert's excuse of saving money for embarking on the lame experiment even more inexcusable. It would seem that the Dutch imports have cost us more in salaries in addition to decimating the gates.
-
Sounds about right to me.

Had to pay for those SLH shares somehow. Not a very good investment as it turned out.
